After a long wait and a cancellation from the office which meant we had no awning during the heat wave, Matt and Barry arrived on time cheerful and smiling.They were able to solve our problems quickly and efficiently and got the awning going again.They also checked the awning and gave us good advice for the future care.Well done.

Turned up in the early part of the 2 hour time slot. Quickly set too after explanation of replacing vibration sensor with wind sensor. All done in half an hour. Both men very pleasant and professional. Left everything clean and tidy.

Rhys and Dean fitted our awning today and they were excellent. They phoned before and informed us the time they would arrive. It was an extremely hot morning and they were efficient, courteous and cleaned up after. Great service.

Our whole experience with Nationwide from ordering to final fitting of our awning was excellent. I found speaking to the very friendly and helpful sales team, as well as Matt and Harry who turned up with in the alloted time slot. Despite the constant heavy rain, they got stuck into taking the old awning down, and fitted the new one without any complaint about the weather. They didn't even have time for a cup of tea. After the installation was completed, Matt explained everything I needed to know about the awning.
All in all, I can recommend Nationwide to anyone.

After slight hiccup earlier in the week? Barry and Ross arrived very punctually this morning just before 8 am.They set about installing the blind and the minimal preparation needed and we have no complaints about the work undertaken their speed and efficiency and general tidiness.
