The whole process was professional and friendly from the initial quotation through to the survey and final installation. We had a classic verandah with lighting and an underblind. The structure is well-engineered and sits well with our property. The blind works smoothly and retracts in to its discreet cassette and has proved a godsend during the recent Summer weather.
Can't speak highly enough of the installation team who worked during the heatwave in very challenging conditions but still completed the project to a high standard. Would happily recommend Nationwide Home innovations, we are very pleased with the finished installation!

It was a very hot day when the awning was being installed but Rhys and Dean were absolutely great from start to finish. They left everywhere spic and span before they left and we are very happy with the awning especially in this hot weather. It looks beautiful.

Expect delivery vagueness from the salesman, and expect to wait for the surveyor to finalise actual details.
Having said that the product is excellent quality.
The 2 fitters were a delight to have at our home, polite, extremely professional and fitted the electrically operated awning very quickly.

Work was carried out to a high standard and fitters were friendly and pleasant, and any rubbish was all cleared up.

We had 2 Recieffe awnings installed yesterday by Mark and Harry who did a great job despite the 30 plus degrees heat! They were polite and friendly. They talked through what they were doing regarding our installation and gave an option about our electrical cable positioning that was an improvement on what the surveyor had suggested. Our overall experience of Nationwide, from the rep Barry, the showroom staff and the installers has been very good so far. The awnings look fabulous and helpful with the heatwave weather. We hope that the reputation of their quality stands the test of time.

After some confusion during the ordering process and subsequent invoicing the installation was excellent. Our installers Guy and Jordan arrived on time, went about their work in a most professional manner and left two very contented customers with their new awning.

I had a veranda installed by Nationwide Home Improvements. I was really impressed with the product and the fitters (Matt, Harry and Ross) were very courteous, worked hard and left everywhere clean and tidy.

I cannot rate this company high enough. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The lads I had were brilliant and so tidy you wouldn't of known they'd been here. I have already recommended the company to a number of people who have seen my canopy. The quality is brilliant and so is the price. Thankyou Nationwide I'm thrilled.

Matt and Harry were running late but phoned to let me know and when they did come there were very efficient and friendly, but more important they fixed the fault on my awning hoorah . Thank you Mrs M Hooper

I had to call this Company as my garage door they installed many years ago had come out out of the Guides on either side and was unusable. I had hoped for immediate attention, but told it would be 3 weeks before they could attend. What I thought was so poor was that they insisted on full payment of a £195.00 callout fee before they would even accept the repair. I had a phone call the afternoon before to tell me they had to supposedly cancel their visit because of a bereavement. This happens of course but the further bad news was that it would be a further 4 weeks before they could come. They didn't see to care about the extra inconvenience.
My good news was that a local garage door firm were able to attend within a few hours. They did the repair within 15 minutes and with a callout fee of less than half that was demanded by Nationwide, and payment due after completion.
Also I now have a reliable repairer for any future problem. The 1 star is predominately because of their total lack of concern in trying to help despite their cancellation. Would never happen with a small Company.

Excellent service from initial contact through to install. There was good communication throughout and Guy and Jordan did a first class job to install our retractable awning, arriving on time after a 3 hour journey and completing the installation in 2 hours, leaving everything clean and tidy. We are delighted and can’t speak highly enough about this first class company who we advocate to our friends and neighbours. A BIG thank you.
