*update* another AI response!!! And I have phoned them to be told they do not offer a customer care via telephone. This is becoming very odd and I do not trust this company at all. I suspect the lights are great when they don't go wrong, but a soon as you have a problem they cannot help you!!)

I paid almost £200 extra to have a neon sign rushed through for an important client project ( totalling £750). It failed while sitting on a table in front of the client — it hadn't been moved or mishandled.
I was told I had to return it but I do not have the time to do this. My electrician found that the positive and negative connections had been incorrectly soldered together, causing damage to the entire circuit. He's had to temporarily rewire it just to get it working, and I now need to send it back for a proper repair.

What's made the situation even more frustrating is the customer service. The responses I'm receiving feel clearly AI-generated rather than coming from an actual person, which is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to resolve a genuine manufacturing fault.
For a product that was rushed and paid for at a premium, I expected much better workmanship, quality control and customer support. Instead, I've been left embarrassed in front of my client and having to sort out a problem that shouldn't have existed in the first place.

Sold us faulty and sub-standard dimmer switches that can be bought far cheaper elsewhere. Paid £69 for 2 and when we wanted to return them we have been made to jump through hoops. We have had lengthy delays when the products that were returned were put through testing, presumably so they could ascertain whether we were being genuine.

If you want to return a product for ANY reason, you have 14 days to do so legally which seems to be lost on this business. We are now being asked to fill out a form for a refund with all the information we have already given them, which is just mentally exhausting. They had the dimmers back weeks ago. It is an absolute joke. Just refund us already.

Placed an order for next day delivery, reached out to the customer service and they just blame it on the 3rd party courier FedEx. The team has shown no urgency despite we've paid extra for the speedy delivery. Order was placed on 2 September, and it hasn't arrived on 7 September. There are no updates from FedEx and no support from NeonFilter's team either.

No to mentioned, we've purchased two neon light remote control which is quite pricey, both does not last long and breaks easily even without using. Terrible experience overall and would encourage to look for alternative supplier.

The company was very easy to deal with and their website was clear - quite liked the AI sign maker but I made my own vector file in the end and they created the sign from that. Was super-bright when it arrived so I'd recommmend getting the dimmer controller too, so it doesn't destroy your retinas. Will look amazing on our tradeshow stand! Thanks again. :)

I'm very happy with the the neon light I received, exactly what I had ordered. The ordering process was simple even to create a custom sign. I had ordered a remote control too which had some issues but I'm glad to report that the customer service team is excellent, quick to respond and gave me full instructions on how to rectify the fault. I would recommend this company.

Purchased a sign that got scratched in transit. Refused to send out a new one because it apparently didn't fit warranty. I could go into the lengthy details of this but don't buy from here as they do not care if your product doesn't arrive as it should've.

Bought as a gift for my nephew in his fave colour, whole process was easy and clearly communicated. Quick delivery & excellent quality product. Would recommend and will be buying one for my other nephew :)

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Sent a proof within a day & received sign within a week. Very reasonably priced, will definitely recommend.

The product could be amazing! But I paid the extra for a dimmer switch that doesn't work. I contacted the customer service the next day to be told to buy another battery and that the batteries were not guaranteed. They will not replace the item and will not send another dimmer or remote controller. I am incredibly disappointed. I paid almost £30 extra for a useless item that doesn't work. The light is too bright to be used without it. Such a shame. I'd have been a loyal customer too after being recommended them by an entertainment company. I got the impression that this isn't the first time this has happened. Consumer beware.

Sign was updated as per our request from the template sent out by email before production commenced. New template sent quickly showing the changes which I then approved. The product arrived quickly rapped safely and looks perfect.

The team were fantastic to work with and everything was very easy and the delivery was as quick and the end result is fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Had a custom made neon. Used the onsite AI to design and it came out perfect . From design to placing the order to getting delivery took about 6 days including a weekend . That’s pretty fast , they even send you all the plans before making it so you know it’s what you want incase of changes . Ty great company 5 *****

We purchased a neon sign from this company in October 2024. After just 19 months of normal use, the plug/transformer failed, leaving the sign unusable.
When we contacted customer service, we were initially told the 12-month warranty had expired. When we pointed out our statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — which requires goods to be durable for a reasonable period — they cited their pre-dispatch QC records as evidence the fault wasn't inherent, and declined to offer any remedy.
For the sake of a £20 replacement part, they were unwilling to stand over their product. A decorative sign failing a core component in under two years is not acceptable, and the response from the company fell well short of what any customer should expect.
Disappointing experience and one I wouldn't want others to be unaware of.

I regularly use Neon Filter at my work for events & exhibition stands. The signs are always amazing quality, easy to assemble, and the colours are always super bright and light. Ellie is always fantastic to work with, she helps us get exactly what we need made each time we order with her, and we are always impressed by how quickly it arrives. Our latest order, we submitted our design on Thursday, paid and got design approval Friday, and sign has just arrived on Tuesday. We have also previously had custom-made acrylic backing for signs so that we can mount it hanging onto the sides of walls, they're always super flexible with our needs and happily design to accommodate what we need! Always very well-packaged when the signs arrive. We wouldn't use anyone else for neons!
