. A measure of a company is how they react when something goes wrong. We ordered a custom sign but when it arrived it was damaged. Immediately NF customer service kicked in. We sent pics of the damaged item and packaging and within a couple of days are replacement sign was winging it's way to us. The sign is exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommended.

I paid for next day delivery at a cost of the same price as the goods for them to turn up 6 days after I had ordered them. It was a small order but the principle of that bothers me.

Our sign is great! Exactly what I ordered, swift and secure delivery and easy to fit - although a paper template for screw holes would be a welcome addition. The only issue we have is with the remote, which has a mind of its own and takes some finagling to get to work. Don’t know if ours is a dud or it’s just more/less touch sensitive than expected. 😬 But we’re thrilled with the sign. It looks brilliant.

We were incredibly pleased with our experience using Neon Filter. Their website was fantastic — really easy to navigate, full of options, and made the whole design process simple and enjoyable.

After placing our order, Neon Filter sent over a sample image for approval. I didn’t reply for a couple of days, and they even gave me a courteous call just to check everything was okay. I’d actually forgotten to change the surround, so I asked if they could update it over the phone. They were more than happy to help and quickly sent a new sample image, which was spot on.

Once approved, the neon light was dispatched within the next couple of days. When it arrived, it was extremely well packaged and looked absolutely outstanding — even better than expected.

We would have no hesitation recommending Neon Filter to anyone. Fantastic company, awesome neon lights, and brilliant customer care from start to finish.

We ordered a bespoke sign for our sunbed shop - we couldn't be happier with it. Great design matching our logo - you might need a pair of sunglasses though, its bright! Sign came really quickly as well ready for our opening.

A nice product that looks very smart works very well especially with the included dimmer control but two issues i found firstly the rubber tube used keeps popping out especially on the Christmas holly leaf design and i had purchased a couple of these and there all the same, yes i have pushed it back in but comes out after a while, also with the holly and Christmas boot design i ordered as the image showed i thought what looked like there placed on a Christmas tree thats what i thought but whilst there small enough to do so there not made to hang so i need to make alterations to them, unless i missed something within the ordering page to hang them on a tree i obviously miss read what i was looking at, other than that very nice items extremely well packaged for shipping and a fair price plus made in Britain!
