Well what can I say about Tracey and her assistant Debbie.
Tracey was an absolute life saver with her calm and professional manner and her caring attitude which helped me through what turned out to be an extremely stressful time due to the other side's solicitor and equity release mortgage adviser. Both performed in a very unprofessional and questionable manner.
Tracey always answered her telephone calls if she was at her desk if not Debbie always seemed to be there to take up the reins. Debbie was always polite and professional and mostly up to speed with my case and able to answer my queries if not she would always come back to me as soon as possible.
I was mindful that I was not the only client that was being looked after by Tracey and Debbie but somehow they both made me feel that I was the only one.
'Gold Stars' from me and therefore I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying a home.

Absolutely shocking, avoid at all costs unless you want your sale to take way longer than it should due to delays and mistakes made on their part. Daniel Arthur was our solicitor from this branch and he was not only completely unavailable all the time but was also rude and patronising on the few occasions I could get hold of him. The sale process was a nightmare and proven many times it was the fault of my solicitors which were leading to delays within the sale. A simple sale with no chain took almost 7 months to complete. Definitely not worth the extortionate solicitor fees we had to pay, the service was awful and customer care was none existent. We were never kept in the loop and basically had to chase them the whole 7 months. I have nothing positive to say about my experience with this firm and not only will I be NOT recommending them, I will be actively telling people to STAY CLEAR of them.

There were some initial issues when I used this service but once I flagged up my concerns the matter was resolved and rectified.
I was attempting to gain vacant possession of my property which sadly had to proceed to eviction, but was aided by Donna Wilkins & Elisse Ricketts very well and the matter is now concluded

I used Newbold Solicitors to help with regaining possession of my property through the eviction process. Sheikh Rahman is a fantastic solicitor who provided me with all the options and information required to proceed with the case. Despite the court delays, Sheikh acted promptly on requests and kept me informed of all developments throughout the five-month period, which was thoroughly appreciated. He is a real asset to the team and a true professional.

I recently used Newbold Solicitors when purchasing my house. Alysha and Jasmine were really good, they would respond to emails usually within 24hrs and i was never waiting on anything from my solicitors. They were chasing other parties, I would recommend.

We have recently used Newbold Solicitors Cwmbran office for our house purchase in Suffolk, having been recommended by the estate agency selling the property. Mrs. Anne-Marie Hern was very informative, helpful and courteous when we had our original meeting to sort out our two mirrored Wills. Her trainee {we apologise for not remembering the exact name of the young lady who attended to us on the day that we signed and received copies of our executed Wills} but she also was very helpful and courteous. Our only complaint concerning Newbold Solicitors would be that when we first rang Reception at Newbold at the Avondale Estate, Cwmbran, to make an appointment to make our Wills, the price we were actually quoted was less than the price we finally paid.
