I have been a landlord for over 20 years and appreciated the expertise of Rachel and her team turning around a quick condition report before my new tenants moved in.

I had a great experience working with the Greenwich office. Their team was organised, efficient, and reliable. Shewana managed things with great attention to detail and maintained clear communication throughout the entire process.

I will not gladly recommend their services to other landlords.

As professional landlords we've used No Letting Go, Ealing for all our inventories, check ins and check outs for a number of years. We are continuously impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness, and would highly recommend them.

The exit-inventory carried out by Nolettinggo is the best I've every recieved and I have been letting properties for over 30 years. The report is clearly laid out with plenty of photograps. The assessment of the defects in the property is presented in a table format, which allocates responsibility to landlord or tenant. The format used by Nolettinggo is unambiguous and means both tenant and landlord fully understand the report. I will definately be using Nolettinggo in future.

No Letting Go Brighton provide an excellence service for our lettings company. At the moment, I have got them busy doing mid tenancy inspections but they also do inventories for us. I have been impressed with the accuracy of the reports, the quick turnaround and how they nothing phases them if I have questions about what's in the reports.

The only good thing about this company is that their employee, Alison, turned up!
The series of absolutely incompetent, dishonest and downright stupid behaviour that followed is far too lengthy to describe here.
The eventual report bore NO resemblance to the current home I asked them to make an inventory for, located in Bath. It quoted damages, furniture and many other items that don’t exist and although the inventory clerk took current photos, nobody took the care or had the intelligence to correlate the words with the photos. Even the corrected version was totally wrong! In the end I said I would do it myself and the company I used (who hired these folk) gave me a full refund. The first excuse was a “technical error” …

What bothers me most is how and from where did they get an old inventory on MY property? They plagiarised a previous inventory which is not only ethically questionable but illegal and breaches my personal data. This is NOT ok!

I’m still waiting for Nolettinggo to give an adequate explanation and it’s now one month. I see other negative reviews here among the better ones, but I think they’re a shower and I’ll never use them again. I strongly suggest you find an alternative. These guys certainly talk the talk but…you know the rest!!

They performed the post-tenancy inspection at a house we lived at, and lied on the check-out document about us being present at the check-out inspection (we had moved our weeks prior).

Booked a check out inventory report with them for a 2 bed flat and typically you would expect it to be completed within 48 hr. It's been 5 business days now and still nothing. I would not be using them for anything.

Excellent company to deal with. Easy to get in touch with, helpful and delivered the report in record time. I would definitely recommend them.

James is brilliant. He really has such an eye for detail and picks up everything. He delivers reports promptly and he’s very accommodating on dates and times and is incredibly reasonably priced.

Met Liam at a property we had been viewing for rent, final step was to speak with inventory clerk to make sure the property was in solid condition. He didn’t know what half of the keys he was handing us opened, we still don’t know. The report he made is FULL of incorrect information, including a 4 foot spot of water ingress damage and peeling mouldy floorboards, which since discovering, has meant me and my partner can’t stay there due to severe health concerns. Floor has been listed as “good condition overall”. There was also no mention of mould on walls in the report after I pointed it out and asked him to take photos. When multiple cases of unreported damage were found, and I called the company, my calls were ignored by Rachel, and when I finally got through to Liam, he tried to tell me that it wasn’t him, and it was someone they’d be “speaking with and cautioning”. They falsely reported the condition of the property, which has led to massive health concerns and violations inside the property, loss of finances due to now staying elsewhere whilst the issue is resolved, and then were unprofessional when contacted about this. I’ve now got to waste yet more time and money pursuing a legal case. Don’t even waste your energy with this lot unless you want the typical Birmingham half a job done poorly.
