Took me TWO MONTHS to finally get a signable version of an inventory check. Awful service and incompetent inventory clerks that can’t spell anything correctly, never mind find clear faults with the property. I then spent a month waiting for them to add the faults we found with the property to the document. Would not recommend using.

We have always been immensely impressed by the professional, efficient and friendly service No Letting Go provides. They are quick to reply and send over completed documents and are very helpful and accommodating when arranging appointments. They are our most trusted inventory firm and our first choice every time.

I was working to a tight framework and they were willing to go the “extra mile” to accommodate me. Great service.

The lady from the London office explained the process & was very polite and helpful. The inventory was very detailed & was issued quickly to us. Highly recommend.

We used No Letting Go for the check out inventory of our apartment in Manchester. We dealt with someone called Dominic who, for a lack of better words, was the most unprofessional, mannerless and disrespectful person we have ever come across. Initially, he was supposed to arrange a time to meet the new moving in tenants at the property but never showed up and asked us to do the viewing for him, which we did because they literally knocked at our door clueless about the whole situation. Even though, we were basically doing his job, he kept questioning our availability and using phrases such as "why can't you do it if you are home?", etc (bear in mind both me and my boyfriend work from home so we had online meetings and calls). And if that wasn't enough, we contacted him a few days later to move our check out appointment to a later time since we had a moving van already scheduled (prior to this none told us what time the check out was supposed to be at) and he decided to move it by one hour without consulting us. Following this, we called him explaining the situation and he was extremely dismissive, unpolite and pretentious. He did not take a second to understand why we were asking for a later check out and when telling him that we had no were to go with all of our things he literally (and I'll quote) said, "well, you wouldn't be stranded, would you? You can just go to a coffee shop. I already did you a favour by moving the time". After this phrase, we couldn't really talk to him as he started shouting and interrupting us. Take into consideration that he never apologized for not showing up the first time nor recognized any of his mistakes. I have been working in customer service for almost 10 years and I've never come across to anyone as rude as Dominic. It was hard to believe someone that was supposed to provide such an important service could act like this. After all of this, we obviously requested someone else to conduct the check out appointment, which was probably the only good side of this experience because Yvonne, the lady that came in to do the inspection, was very nice and friendly and took the time to explain how the process was supposed to be done. She is the only reason I am giving this company 1 star.

Terrible. Wouldn't recommend. Tried to get in contact for weeks and the guy kept saying he'd call me back or that he'd sent me an email with my request but never did? Then when I called the head office for help I got none at all, just dismissed my issue.

Very happy with the service received, I will definitely be using John and Ann again in the future and recommending.

We have used the services of Zoofa from the Richmond branch on numerous occasions and always had a professional and fair inventory compiled by Zoofa. She is courteous and polite with our tenants and is willing to move her schedule around if we call her at short notice. We hope to continue using Zoofa's services well into the future.
