Northern Polytunnels Reviews

Prompt delivery and reasonable price for a good product

Happy with the service and product but a huge amount of unnecessary plastic packaging - very environmentally unfriendly and a pain in the neck to get into!

Easy to navigate site, good info on product & measuring polythene. Quick delivery and all ready to refurbish the poly tunnel. Result!

I admit that i got confussed on your web so i rang on the Monday Morning early to clarify. The gent confirmed that i had not ordered the correct size and advised that he would arrange a refund, (which he did) and said i should go back on site and order what I required. On the Monday morning I had mistakenly phoned Premieer Tunnels and asked them if I had ordered from them the correct size. They were most helpful and did the calculations with me. Told me i had not ordered from them, so i left it and got hold of the unhelpful Gent (as above). Decided that because he was not helpful, I rang back premier and placed order with them. (Be more helpful to customers who get confused) I'm over 70.

Ordered a fruitcage from NP and it arrived very quickly. If it weren’t for the delivery experience they would have got 5 stars. However, their couriers let them down. I had no notification of when the delivery was scheduled (was told I would be) and coming home found the parcels dumped in my front drive. No one signed for the delivery and the box with all the fittings was badly damaged. The cage itself is great.

Good quality product. Delivered in good time. Straightforward to construct with clear instructions and a very helpful video on the website. All parts clearly packaged and numbered. Good communication with company.

We are a small charity running a community allotment, we received funding for a polytunnel but were total novices as to which polytunnel was best for us and even how to put one up. Thanks to Tom at Northern Polytunnels, who helped us decide which polytunnel would be best for our circumstances but also very reassuring in regards to the actual construction of the polytunnel. Thanks Tom, the order is in.

Good communication, delivered timely. Excellent product for water collection from poly tunnel into a barrel.

Solid structure, good instructions

Fast delivery of a good quality product

Northern Polytunnels sent the correct order to the correct address in a timely fashion. I'm very happy with the new cover, and hope it survives many storms.

Fast delivery. Good quality.

Really good web site. The cover size calculator was excellent. Fast and efficient service and delivery to the Isle of Wight.

Great delivery/ customer service
Our order was well packaged with prompt delivery
Our items were of very good quality:
Polytunnel cover and tape
Very good instruction video

Customer service is very good. Helpful and friendly advice given promptly. Delivery cost for the items I ordered were high but they did arrive promptly.

Very straight forward, easy company to deal with. No guff, just sound advice on how to use their product.

Dealing with this company has been a pleasure. Just erecting my 2nd Northern Polytunnel (Hobby Easy Build). My first one still going strong after about 15 years. Product quality along with great customer service and help from Serena have ensured that my next tunnel will also be a Northern Polytunnel.
