Northern Polytunnels Reviews

I'm very happy with the service I received when requested advice regarding the construction of the tunnel. Jack was very helpful in answering my queries.
All parts were present in the delivery and the quality of the tunnel is great. I have a commercial all aluminium tunnel. The negative was the instructions. They could have been improved. Construction videos would have been helpful. Labelling of the parts would make things easier. Overall I would recommend Northern polytunnel.

Good standard of design and build. Gate screw holes are difficult to drill.
Very helpful in solving problem I had made in order

Great customer experience, product as described, quick delivery.

Got exactly what I needed on time and reasonable price

Ordered on a Tuesday evening and delivered on the Thursday morning - you can’t ask for better service than that! We had a slight delivery ‘hiccup’ that was down to the courier but once discovered NPT sorted it straight away.

We've used Northern Polytunnels three times before and found them excellent. This time we were buying various parts of their fruit cage to make a large one. There was a problem - they sent us the wrong width of netting but they sorted it out and were very helpful. Great company!

Strong frame, help on the end of a phone several times during construction, replacement part arrived super fast, excellent customer service, friendly staff - just a couple of months in as a newbie and I’m harvesting veg in abundance

Great products backed up by friendly, helpful staff!

I was very pleased that the item was protected extremely well and there was no damage when delivered. And it's excellent quality.

Thank for the advice from customer service

Netting arrived quickly, just what I wanted

Great communication- helped me work out exactly what I needed to retrofit the polytunnel I inherited and sent my orders very swiftly 👍

Excellent product and great customer service

I was unsure about ordering one of the livestock polytunnels as I have previously had 2 wooden field shelters destroyed by storms however when the package arrived I was very pleasantly surprised by how substantial the framework and PVC are. The customer service was also excellent and delivery was within days of me ordering 😁

I complained about the gable ends to my field shelter soon after it was installed. They are useless and certainly not fit for purpose. I was fobbed off with platitudes and empty promises but nothing was resolved. The bits of elastic that hold the gable ends in place are broken with the slightest breeze. This causes the ends to flap back and forward, rubbing away the grass and flicking mud onto everything contained with in the field shelter. Numerous complaints have resulted in nothing but empty promises. Do not buy from this company, whilst the frames are good and solid the gable ends are useless and furthermore their apologies and offers to correct the issues are empty and meaningless. If you look at their website it states no reviews have been left about the gable ends but I know for a fact that they fail to print the reviews that expose how useless their product is which is dishonourable practise in my opinion.

Very helpful over the phone and they have a website that works well for ordering extra parts. For roof fruit cage nets their prices are as cheap as any other supplier and their dispatch and delivery times next working day. Tufnells did the deliveries.

An excellent company from start to finish. Ordering process was really easy, delivery was virtually next day and the instructions and videos on YouTube turned the polytunnel erection process from what could have been really complicated to really easy.

Thumbs up...even when i had a query about fitting the side vents, they answered the phone straight away and put me straight on to someone who knew exactly what to do and helped me.

Thoroughly recommended.

The 4m X 8m animal shelter is well designed and manufactured. It's very sturdy and the the ground anchor screws are substantial. Instructions are very good. I received some good advice from the team at Northern Polytunnels and their customer service is friendly and efficient. It's in our field for our two horses to shelter in.
