Van was recovered into Egham was given a replacement vehicle straight away. When collecting my vehicle the lady at the desk charlene was very helpful and patient as i had a lot of items to switch over.

After dealing with the guys today over in the Egham branch I can’t thank them enough. it’s by far the best experience I’ve had, they made sure to sort me out with a replacement vehicle even though being so busy and there being a problem with my account. The service at north gate egham is disgusting staff are rude and lazy to busy chatting with colleagues to sort customers out do not make your working life easier I would NOT recommend this company

I had to wait for more than 2 hours for…
I had to wait for more than 2 hours for a flat tire, and that is because they didn’t fix it last time i was here (waiting for 3 hours also), they just changed with my spare, living me without spare tire.
