Excellent.
To begin with, the work on my fleet vehicle has always been done within the timeframe specified, leaving me capable of planning and working efficiently around it.
Also, something I think is very important, the staff are one of the friendliest and most helpful groups of people I've had the pleasure of dealing with, in any professional environment, whether that be hotels, bars, offices, or places such as this.
Additionally, the communication over work carried out, and their flexibility over my own availability to have them work on the van is great too.
Overall, 5 stars, and for this reason I would certainly recommend using Northgate in Southampton.

It's always good to see the staff at…
It's always good to see the staff at Northgate Southampton as they make you feel welcome and are always friendly. I managed to get an early spot to have tyres and brakes changed and was expecting a long wait, but all was done within an hour of my arrival which allowed me to get back on the road and get on with my day.

Do not sign any document without reading and do not thrust any word they are promising, they have advised us to select 12 months rent, but what they didnt say, you have no rights to cancel it even though the engineers you have hired no longer work for you. Very dodgy firm, i wouldnt use this firm never again, they will bombard you with invoices and bills with no reason...
