I received my nova earbuds last week, I didn’t think I was going to get them at all after reading the reviews right after purchasing them. I’ve had no issues with them at all they seem like really good quality, I will say trying to get in contact with the seller is difficult cause I tried to cancel after I read the reviews, and could not track my package. Overall I’m very happy with my nova buds

I saw the nova play ear buds on a celebrity page, and decided to buy them. After about 15 days of not receiving them, decided to research and read reviews. They all said it was a scam. So I gave up, after not getting any replies from my emails to them. I decided to purchase the Apple AirPods about 2 days ago. I check my mail today and BOTH were in the mail. What I was afraid would happen, lol. I opened both and inspected both. They look exactly the same and sound exactly the same. So I’m my opinion they are legit and are good quality for the price.

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande et maintenant je n'ai plus de réponse de leurs part.

Any one could guide me how i can sue them ?
I never received my order since 25 May 2020 .. now no one answers my emails .

Cela fait un peu plus d’un mois que je les ai, et ils ne fonctionnent plus aucun moyen de joindre l’équipe nova play. Je regrette cet achat.

It took 3 weeks to receive my older. I brought them because I seen kim zozak claim there so good just like air pods. Never again will I listen to that. These things barley stay in my ear.

Scam. Lost my money. Purchased item after I saw Kylie Jenner endorsing it on Instagram. After not received goods and Nova Play sending fake tracking numbers to me they have completely disappeared now I have asked for my money back.
I wonder how much Kylie got paid in this scam????? Because obviously it was my money that's paid her. Scammers!!!!

This company is an absolute scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a pair of pink NovaPlay wireless earbuds from them two months ago and was promised 3-7 day shipping. After weeks of not receiving the order and being unable to track it, I reached out to customer service and was told that there was a delay and they would be there any day. 2 more weeks go by and still no sign of the package and still unable to track it even with the new USPS tracking number they gave me it just said pre shipping label Sent and that it had not been received at any location. Still customer service tells me it’ll be there any day even though I told them I was moving in a couple of weeks. After two months of waiting and having to move out of state and never having received the package, I requested a refund for the item because it was clearly lost and never coming and unable to be tracked. I have now sent about 4 emails to customer service and have been completely ignored and they refuse to give me my money back after scamming me and the second I demand a refund they disappear and refuse to respond. This company ONLY sends their product to celebrities and people they pay to advertise the product, and everyone else that wastes their money on an order are left never receiving their items. Complete scam and irresponsible business don’t say you weren’t warned if you get ripped off like me.

This product is horrible ! It was bought for me on my birthday they took forever to arrive and I have had them for almost two weeks and they are not connecting to anything. It's is horrible I would not recommend this to anyone. It is a cheap product that is useless. They have put a such a low price because they are horrible and cheap and people are willing to buy them because they are less expensive then airpods but least with AirPods they work these don't work at all it took almost a hour to set them up and they have such low battery life even though I charged them for almost two hours! I am not a happy customer and you can't even refund them so they are laying in my house not be using and taking up space. Pls do not buy them! This is just a SCAM

This company deserves less than a zero. Its a scam. I ordered two air pods three months ago and never recieved them. They never answered my emails! I want my money back. How can we report them! They cant get away with this!

Nova play est une arnaque, j'ai commander des airpods en mai je n'est jamais pu les voir. Ils répondent très vite au quelques premiers mail mais au bout de 2mois plus de réponses et le dernier message nous disaient que les airpods étaient bloqués au centre de tri de la poste. Or, nous sommes aller au centre de tri et ils n'avaient rien. Nova play est une arnaque même si le site paraît très fiable !!!!

I had the wireless earbuds for 1 day and the left one has no sound. The right one works fine. I emailed multiple times for an exchange, to no avail. They want a video! The earbud has no sound! You don't need a video. The right side works fine.

I got mind but my Nova play work only on side (left side) another side is dead! when I contact to both of their support EMAIL then they responded me to provide the video as a prove but after I send the video, the support team disappear. pls be active! and find a solution that bring customer complete satisfaction as you said.....

Just got these and they seemed to be legit! I mean, Kylie Jenner even vouched they were her favorite! They sounded great and look exactly like the expensive ones but, a couple weeks after getting them the left one stopped working. So now I just have 1 working headphone. Can’t find a customer service # to call or anything! I can’t even pull up their website anymore! What a crock.. Very disappointing!!

If this rating had a 0 star option I would have chose it! This is a complete scam!! I personally bought the bundle pack with the lifetime warranty on May 25th 2020 because I saw Kylie Jenner promoting this company so I thought if she’s promoting this company then it can’t be a scam. I was 200% wrong!! It took them until July 1 to get them delivered to me. When I connected the to the Bluetooth the headphones died within 2 mins and will not charge. I have tried multiple chargers within the home and even bought a brand new charger still doesn’t work! I have emailed the company 5x about the problem they their response was try another charger. When I emailed them back about how I have already tried another charger they didn’t respond and still haven’t! I lost $140 to this company! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Une paire d écouteur que j’ai jamais reçu ! J’ai vu avec la poste ils ont livré le colis en boîte aux lettre mais j’ai rien reçu. Nova play m’a dis qu’ils allaient me renvoyer une paire mais au bout de 1 mois toujours rien et il ne répondent plus aux mails. Un site a fuir ce sont des voleurs !!!!

This place is a scam. ordered ear buds in april. received them fairly quickly, maybe 7 -10 days. was excited because they were my first pair of wireless buds. followed instructions for charging. they never charged. tried different cords, same thing. 2 weeks in i email their customer support and they said no problem! just send us a video of your problem. so i did. a week goes by, still no answer. i email again. they state again i need to send a video. i resent it. they say again, no problem! we will send you out new ones. As of today I still dont have a replacement pair and they don't respond to my last 2 emails. could be worse, but i'm out 30 bucks.
