BEWARE IT’S A SCAM!!!

I ordered this on may after seeing kylie jenner promoting this and now it still hasn’t arrive! Emailed them and they’ve been giving me fake informations! This is really frustrating, u save up money and u ended up getting scammed. Literally such a waste of time, effort and money

Took a month or two to arrive, worked once and now they won’t come on at all. I’ve emailed there customer service but after reading the below I’m not expecting anything good. Annoyed I’ve waisted my money!

Worse company ever! Have wrote several emails, no reply! Order this back in May, its now July and nothing! Sent me a bogus tracking number that doesn't even work! Do not waste your time or money on this!

I ordered these in May after Kylie Jenner promoted them on Instagram. I finally received the product today after waiting 2 months. No issues like others have said about broken box etc, but the quality of these headphones are terrible. I put the volume on a little more than half and they are scratchy. I find it super odd that the companies website has now disappeared.

Took my money! Thanks Himynameistee! She advertised them and I never got them! Horrible company that doesn't respond to emails at alllllllll!!!!! Do not buy!!

Got these because I saw Kylie Jenner promoting them on her insta and I had been looking for affordable ear pods. The only issue was that it took a while to arrive but I've received them and they're pretty decent! Sound quality is alright, good packaging and they also came to me in one piece. Yet to see how the battery is but so far, no complaints!

Horrible experience! Ordered some AirPods and one of them was broken upon receiving my AirPods. Contacted the company to request a new pair and was told to send them multiple videos detailing the instructions that they sent pertaining to resetting the airpods, etc. This dragged on for weeks, the emails were a little strange and unprofessional. The customer service person whom I assume is the scammer would close the emails like “I’ll be waiting” and “Sincerly, Mr. President” really bizarre and creepy. The website disappeared recently. Just buy Apple EarPods and save yourself the headache.

THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!! BROKE IN LESS THEN 48 HRS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN THEM SINCE I AM IN THE 30 DAY FREE TIME AND NO RESPONSE AND NO ONE TO SPEAK TO FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!! DO YOU THINK KYLIE JENNER GIVES 2 F**KS FROM PROMOTING SUCH SHI*T PRODUCT?

I ordered these in early May, and due to COVID-19 I expected a lengthy delivery process. Nova play continually sent me updates via email and I finally received my order yesterday. I ordered two pairs and they work great! Only downside, the website is now not available, so I can’t troubleshoot a very small issue I am having, or order another pair.

recevied them, but came with a broken case. Contacted they and was told i would receive new one free of charge. But it has been over a 2 week haven't recieved anything. I requested a refund and there has been no reply.

Placed order June 7 and contacted them via email and was told they can’t find an order with my name or email or phone number. Very disappointed. I spent 36.00 on the ear buds and now I don’t have them. I will make sure I tell everyone to never order from this website. It’s a scam

Update: they answear. They say my order is not in their system and send me the website link and it is the same, but they say no it’s not. I send them screenshots of the mail with the order & also of the site, and they say it’s not their site, but trust me, it is.

i recieved my Nova play earbuds on the 10th of June about 2 weeks after i ordered them because i saw kylie Jenners review. I did expect it to have some delays due to the distance of america to ireland and also to the corona virus epedemic.But i am very delighted with the noise quality and how alike the quality is to apple airpods, the noise cancellation is amazing and so is the battery life ,i still cant believe i got them for only 35 euros !

I was super nervous after reading these reviews. Now I don't know what is up with these reviews, I just got it today, I live in Australia which is miles away from the US. But I got them for $60 AUD within 1 week and a half during this pandemic. So far, the sound quality and noise cancellation is definitely better than airpods. They have the same Siri, pause, skip functions. The battery lasts quite long. However, the case and airpods don't look shiny like airpods or on the website which is a bit of a false visual advertisement
