8 Eye Derby boots are perfect. Comfy, durable and stylish. Highly recommended!

This was my 1st experience and it was great! I ordered the wrong size and went through the exchange steps. This resulted in real person email contact with Karen. Her communication was very clear and immediate each time I emailed her. She quickly altered my request for a half size change to a full size when I asked. When I inquired about adding a container of cream to my exchange she just threw it in for no charge. She did not wait until receiving my return before shipping out my replacement pair, as is the written policy. I received my exchange in just days to the midwest USA. In the end, I ordered the first pair, exchanged them, and had the new pair on my feet in barely over a week's time. I've been very impressed with the whole experience and very grateful to Karen for such efficient and personal customer service. Thank you!

Simply amazing quality. Right out of the box, you can tell that the leather is far superior that another famous brand, which has crappy, hard-to-break-in leather. On feet, they were nothing short of exceptional, too.

Got sold a faulty pair with manufacturing defect, which made shoes unusable. No reply from customer service at all. Next time I’ll put my money straight to the bin to save hustle.

Absolutely amazing boots in sizes that are actually available in my size. I wear a UK 14, and it has been a nightmare trying to find boots my size. I have been on a competitors mailing list for over 1.5 years, for stock alerts of my size, to which I have heard nothing. Solovair readily stock many different types of boots and shoes in my size, for a good price with good quality.

After some years of wearing Doc Marten boots, and finding lots of issues with them, I decided to switch to Solovair. The boots are extremely well made, look fantastic and are very comfortable. The leather is dyed unlike the awful coating that DM use.
Unfortunately one of my boots has developed a crack in the sole, and after raising the issue with Solovair, they rectified everything immediately with a replacement pair. I cannot fault their customer service and prompt solution they provided. Would highly recommend their products, especially considering the flawless after sales service.

Great quality shoes, very durable. As a bonus you get remarkable client support and express delivery (at least to Poland), I'm truly impressed.

I have just purchased a pair of solovair ox blood boots . After trying them on I find them very comfortable have had dr martens in the past and find these boots better material but that is just personal preference. Buyers you won't be disappointed

Nach einmonatigem Tragen der Schuhe, löste sich die obere Schicht des Leders. Dabei habe ich die Schuhe höchstes dreimal in der Woche getragen.
Mit meinem Anliegen habe ich mich an die help-Email gewandt und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.
Mit Beweisbildern habe ich eine Retoure der Schuhe beantragt. Diese wurde genehmigt, obwohl die Schuhe natürlich getragen sind. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich mein Geld tatsächlich zurückbekommen werde.

I purchased a pair of Dealer Boots in October 2023 and am disappointed that after less than 12 months of moderate wear, the inside of the heel on both shoes has broken down to the extent they are unwearable.

The sole and rest of the upper are in good condition showing they have not been heavily worn.

It is obvious that the problem is the very soft and fragile leather material of the inside of the boot, which is thin and not durable.

I am highly disappointed that a pair of boots that otherwise could do many more years of wear are now unusable.

The website was easy to navigate, I purchased 11 hole and e hole zipper inserts for my boots. Both are working perfectly 10 stars . Can't wait to make a boot purchase .

My new boots have just arrived…they are so nice.
Fit perfect and look amazing.
I think this will be my new place to buy footwear….
I have Dr Martens, but these feel so much better & the quality is so much better also.

The boots are very well made to a high quality & standard, best of all British made.

The shoes I bought were a big special purchase for myself and I was really looking forward to them. The quality of the leather is high but after wearing them for 7 nonconsecutive times the sole split down the side of the left shoe.

Upon emailing the company, I was told to give them cobbler who would fix them and I could send them a receipt for it to refund. Honestly compared to other companies in the same price bracket, they would have offered to resole or replace the shoes, it had been 2 days past the one month warranty that I sent the email.

Make sure if you are buying from this brand to know that faults like this, are according to the language of the email they sent, not uncommon.

Everything else including the promptness of their emails was good, and the leather and everything else apart from the soles were good.

This Company far exceeds excellence. To have a company genuinely care about their customers is a rarity. Solovair I give you 5 stars and beyond for the quality products you deliver and the excellent customer service I always receive. You go way beyond most companies and I thank you for the care you have given me.

Not even wearing the shoe for a week and the flap ripped off. I suppose this can happen (although it should not for a 220€ boot) but not even receiving a reply from their customer service is beyond disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

Had to do a last minute exchange as I missed the returns label email in my junk inbox. Viv in the costumer service team was brilliant she not only advised me to put in a new order so the gift would arrive by Christmas but also went out of her way to make sure it was in the couriers hand same day! She processed my return same day and gave me a barcode so I didn't have to go searching for a printer. Honestly one of the most postive costumer service experiences I've ever had. Takes special kind of team to care as much as they did to help like this! Will definitely be buying from here again.

i have had some sizing issues and shipping back and forth from the US to the UK was a challenge, but solovair made the process incredibly simple (and FAST). Viv was incredibly helpful and understanding, as i wanted an exchange instead of a straight return for a different pair of boots. she took care of it swiftly and simply. very much appreciated!

Nous avons renvoyé 3 fois la paire de chaussures pour des defauts de couture et des défauts incroyables pour ce prox au niveau des semelles, comme si elles avaient pris des coups de ponceuse hasardeux tout le tour...
Très déçu.
Au bout du 3eme renvoi nous avons abandonné.
La même mauvaise finition à chaque fois.
A plus de 200euros la paire c'est inadmissible.
Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas mettre de photos avec l'avis. Vous auriez vu le mauvais travail

I bought a pair of boots back in May 2024 and have been thoroughly impressed with the comfort, look and durability of these!

Absolutely worth the slightly more expensive price point. They have dissapointingly split on the sides of one of the soles, but I am going to put this down to me not being careful and lazy with how I take them off. Lesson learnt! Otherwise the wear after several hard months is almost none.

They sell replacement soles and fixing the boots was trivial.

Would definitely recommend to those who want footwear that is robust and reliable.
