This website charge you more delivery charges after you pay and the order is confirmed. I will never buy from them again. Scammers. When you ask them to refund and cancel then they say your order is already being processed.

My bad I should have read the reviews before buying from this outfit, I would have never bought anything from them. They are a scam, scammer all the way do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I have ordered an elemental diet powder through their website. A more than 500$ charge. Of which, without warning they charged me an additional $90 for extra shipping costs (that I did not agree on). The powder never arrived and was returned to them, and they still refuse to issue a refund.
They are thieves and hide behind shady policies on their website.

Concerned about mislabeled Product Received
I’m quite unhappy with my purchase from NutriEssential. I ordered DHEA 25mg, but the bottle I received has conflicting information—25mg on the front and 50mg on the back. This kind of labeling error is unacceptable, especially for supplements that affect health and hormones.
This raises serious concerns about product quality and reliability. I would not feel safe taking this product and would not recommend it unless the company addresses this issue properly.

UPDATE REVIEW:
After further communication and clarification, I’ve received an explanation regarding the labeling. The manufacturer Life Extension has confirmed that the product was updated in March 2026: while the front label states 25 mg per capsule, the serving size is now 2 capsules, making it 50 mg per serving. They also confirmed that the item number, lot number, and expiry match their system records.
However, they also noted that the seller I purchased from is not an authorized distributor, so they cannot fully verify the authenticity of the product.
That said, because this is a hormone-related supplement and due to the uncertainty around the purchase source, I have decided not to proceed with taking it.
Overall, I appreciate Nutressential that they took the time and effort to respond and address my concerns thoroughly. They did their best to clarify the situation and provide transparency.

I needed to know the expiration dates…
I needed to know the expiration dates of the product as I only take one capsule a day. Emily replied to my emails providing me the information so I could make my decision. She also let me know about the waiting time for shipping to Canada, so I was not expecting the delivery right away. I received the products with the expiration date I was expecting.

Be Careful: Misleading International Shipping Rates
I was very disappointed with my experience ordering from Nutriessential. After placing my order, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $77.80 in shipping fees on top of what I had already paid at checkout. This was not made sufficiently clear during the purchasing process.
I regularly shop from multiple US websites and have goods shipped to the UAE, and I have never encountered unexpected post-purchase shipping charges of this nature. Other retailers such as iHerb typically use more transparent and cost-effective international shipping options such as Aramex and DHL.
If substantial additional shipping fees are likely for international customers, this should be clearly disclosed on the checkout page before payment is taken, rather than buried in a separate shipping policy page that many customers may not think to review.
Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the company
