Be Careful: Misleading International Shipping Rates
I was very disappointed with my experience ordering from Nutriessential. After placing my order, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $77.80 in shipping fees on top of what I had already paid at checkout. This was not made sufficiently clear during the purchasing process.
I regularly shop from multiple US websites and have goods shipped to the UAE, and I have never encountered unexpected post-purchase shipping charges of this nature. Other retailers such as iHerb typically use more transparent and cost-effective international shipping options such as Aramex and DHL.
If substantial additional shipping fees are likely for international customers, this should be clearly disclosed on the checkout page before payment is taken, rather than buried in a separate shipping policy page that many customers may not think to review.
Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the company

I found it easy to order online, I was provided updates and the two bottles arrived just as predicted and as I was informed.
My acupuncture therapist recommends the pills. She also takes them reguarily so she is convinced that they help reduce the irritation and inflamation of the joints. My ankles cause me trouble so I have been on these pills, 4/day for an estimated year and plan to keep taking them.

Received product in a timely fashion with updates. Because the product is Chinese Medicine Herbs, not sure when I may notice a change.
I’m confident the company is reliable and the two Chinese Medicine Herbs purchased from them come highly recommended from our practitioner; however, the constant and incessant emailing asking for reviews is extremely annoying. The company is asking for a review on simply placing the order. The next day, another email talking about rapidly preparing your shipment with another “how are we doing?” Then a tracking info email followed by arrival of said product with yet another “Does the product meet your expectations?” While you have not had time to unpack it, you are being questioned as to whether it’s everything you hoped and dreamed‼️😠😠 GIVE ME A BREAK‼️ LIGHTEN UP‼️😠

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
I ordered supplements from this US online store. They sent me completely the wrong item. So I never received the item I ordered and paid for. It wasn't something as simple as a brand difference or different formulation, it was a completely different item that I have no use for. I contacted their awful customer support via the chat option on their website and via email. After some time I received an email that said they would look into "how the discrepancy occurred". Thats ridiculous! I don't care how it occurred! The how isn't my problem. Fix it. I paid for something I didn't receive so at this point I've been robbed basically. They've broken the contract of sale. No offer to resolve it. I also paid expensive shipping and tax as I was ordering from the UK and their store is in the US. That's absolutely fine if I had received my item. I ended up re-purchasing my item elsewhere. Please AVOID Nutriessentials. They don't intend to send people what they have purchased and they don't intend to refund customers for these mistakes. I bet they make quite a bit of money scamming customers with unfulfilled and incorrect orders. I have given Nutriessentials ample opportunity to resolve this. My incorrect order arrived 20th February and it's now 18th March with no reply from Nutriessentials. No refund. No offer to resend my item.
UPDATE: these cheeky so and so's rang me late in the evening after 8pm expecting me to correct their mistake! You heard that right. I must go out of my way and post the incorrect item I received to it's intended buyer. Apparently there was a mix up. Same surname. They received my item (which I guarantee was more expensive than theirs) and I received theres. So after almost a month, after I've counted my losses and binned what they sent me in error. They expect me to post this item to someone and equally and stupidly expect the other poor buyer who has also been inconvenienced to post my item to me which they received in error. You couldn't make it up! Refund us both. The time has passed for favours. I'm not USPS, I'm not FedEx, I'm not a courier service. You're taking the P

I strongly advise against shopping at Nutriessential. They use deceptive pricing and illegal billing practices.
I placed an international order and paid the full amount at checkout, including a $30 shipping fee.(deliver to Singapore ). However, once they had my card details, they processed an additional unauthorized transaction of $48.05 without my consent or any 3D-secure verification.
When I contacted customer service to dispute this, they cited a "weight policy" hidden in their terms and refused to refund the money. To make matters worse, they began threatening me with "recovery fees" when I mentioned filing a dispute with my bank.
Charging a customer's card a second time without their explicit authorization is a direct violation of payment processing rules. This is not a "shipping adjustment"; it is an unauthorized withdrawal of funds.
Avoid this store if you value your financial security.

If you by from them just know they will charge you USD100 to post a 3 pound package after you have already paid for your order and shipping in full. EDIT: @Nutriessential when the only information you provide about shipping says “shipping and taxes calculated at checkout” and then you calculate and charge shipping at checkout you have entered a agreement you can no longer unilaterally change. To use your own words from other replies to the same issue “we understand” that you understand your own shipping policy and that when you say “shipping and taxes calculated at checkout” then you don’t adhere to this you are breaching the commitments you make during the purchasing process. Given the number of times you have replied to customers about this issue you are clearly 100% aware of the issue. I think there is a word for that kind of conduct!

When an order is placed, an initial estimated shipping amount is charged based on a base weight of 0.41 lb and the destination country. This estimate is clearly mentioned during checkout. Since customers may add multiple products or different quantities, the final package weight and dimensions are only known after the order is packed.
Once the order is prepared and our carrier partner generates the official shipping label, the actual shipping cost is calculated based on the final weight, package dimensions, and destination. If there is a difference between the estimated and actual shipping cost, the remaining amount is charged accordingly. This is a standard practice for many international shipments where real-time carrier costs vary significantly.
In your case, the additional shipping charge reflected the actual carrier cost for the final package weight and destination, not an arbitrary fee.
