They say on their website 3 to 5 days for shipping I was up to 7 days + when I contacted them I should say when I woke them up via email, ah "it could take longer" they said yup and like somebody else... Toon meer

Signing in to the website is confusing. Something called "shop" pops up and the emailed code didn't work. Ordering and delivery was fine, but the packing list also was confusing. Stated sold to a name that I didn't recognize in Minnesota with no mention of Nutrissential.

It took 24 days to process my order although when order was place it was announced shipping within 2 to 3 days. I would to stay away if anyone needs their order urgently!

I recently placed an order with Nutriessential for my Vitamin D3 + K2, and although the package was marked as delivered, it never arrived. I reached out to their support team, and from the very beginning, Ms. Emily Harper — Customer Service Executive provided some of the most considerate, patient, and professional customer service I’ve experienced.
Emily took the time to walk me through each step, forwarded my case to the appropriate department, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Even though the shipping carrier showed the package as “delivered,” Nutriessential was at No-Fault but didn’t hesitate, they took responsibility, investigated the issue, and ultimately sent me a replacement shipment at no cost, which arrived quickly.
What stood out the most was how kind, attentive, and reassuring Emily was during the whole situation. Her communication was warm, thoughtful, and genuine. It made me feel valued as a customer, not just another order number. Everything she did aligned with her role; Responding to my inquiries, Reviewing the order status,

I have ordered several times from here and they carry some of the best companies out there for purity. And so many choices. Shipping to Canada is available too, but can take awhile. I’ve never had a problem and I can find hard to find quality products

Buyer be advised. Unexpectedly high shipping costs. Sold me the vitamins with an estimated international shipping cost under $30.00 and a note that it might be adjusted. Hours after they shipped and sent tracking number they charged an additional $100. shipping. Not to have checked if the shipment was still wanted at almost 5-times the cost... is not right.
UPDATE: I received very good communication from the company and now understand the costs. But I still believe they should have a shipping chart on the website, give a better estimate upfront, or wait to have the cost okayed by the customer before proceeding with the transaction.
2ND UPDATE: Everything else went as expected. Shipment arrived in a timely manner. All things considered I will probably order again.

The foreign import taxes are not included in the order and the font is so small, I could not read this information when I place my order. I was charged twice the amount I paid for the supplement in customs taxes. THE COMPANY DOES NOT REFUND AFTER THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. This company is a scam. I ordered 3 bottles of Mustle gel I went to checkout I entered my card and said they couldn’t process I tried again and same thing. Then I got notification from my credit card company that I was charged 2 times. I tried to talk with them no respond they had enough nerve to send me 10 percent discount with my gel still in cart. No response to my emails and if I was you find another supplier because I thing this is a scam

I was skeptical at first about ordering from this website because I wasn’t sure of its legitimacy. I ordered the supplement, “Motility Pro” and unfortunately it was mis-delivered by my local post office.
I reached out to the company, explaining my situation. A wonderful employee by the name of Emily Harper, responded immediately and turned this entire experience around. She had a replacement mailed out promptly to my address with tracking. I’m so grateful and have high hopes that this product will help me on my healing journey. In short, this has been a wonderful customer experience, all thanks to her.

The item I ordered was back ordered from the warehouse that would serve my location. Emily Harper, Customer Service Executive, made the extraordinary effort to contact their other warehouse where a limited number of the item was there, and had one shipped to me. Most places would have just said sorry, check again to see if it’s in stock. Not Emily. In a sense, she saved my Cushing’s dog.

Got my pills in a timely manner. Was skeptical because the bottle was different from before. They said it was the same but different bottle look. The pills were different. Green. Not the same as the original pills

My order and parcel was unattended for 2 weeks. Only when I inquired where it is, things started to move and the shipment was sent out from the warehouse. But this negligence is not the worst thing from the story.
A negative surprise followed - 2 weeks after the order, they charged me additional amount for shipping, explaining that it is a "standard practice". They give only an estimate at the checkout and when the parcel is shipped, they may charged you extra. I consider this a hidden cost, they never warned me about this, I just saw an email "after the fact" saying - this is your extra charge. Whether I agree with it or not, my card was simply charged and no prior agreement from my side was sought.
They only referred me to "check the general terms", we always do it like this. At least a courtesy reminder or warning at the checkout would be a nice-to-have - but they don't do it.
Well, rest assured, due to this lack of transparency, I will not use this e-shop again. Sorry.

Not at all transparent. The shipping policy says bulk orders may incur extra charges — but I only ordered four bottles of vitamins, which is hardly a bulk order.
At checkout, I was charged $24.95 for shipping, and then the company attempted to charge my credit card an additional $55 for shipping after the purchase, without my approval. That’s completely unacceptable.
If extra shipping costs apply, that should be clearly stated before checkout so customers can choose whether to proceed. Charging more after the fact without consent is misleading and unethical.
I would never order from them again. If you want to charge more for shipping, fine — but be upfront about it and let the customer decide. Terrible experience. Never again.
Edit. We had numerous emails back and forth regarding this issue so no I won’t be responding further. Your own department manager even messaged me so you know what you’re doing
