I had high hopes about this brand (never used purchased form them before). But when I see the prices for 14 ounce back it is double that of Whole Foods plus they wanted $9 shipping - why would anyone buy from here when Whole Foods is half the price and no shipping costs!

I placed an order for 7 items with Nuts.com it took 9 days for delivery and I only received one item from the order. I contacted them and they offered to send the remaining items but I didn't want to wait another 9 days so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. The company is not able to process a simple order and they advertise fast shipping but my wrong order came from NJ to central PA and it took 9 days, unacceptable. obviously the company can not handle simple logistics and ordering. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.

Be very very careful! These products are first class! (And addicting to some of us!!!!)

Package is over a week late, tracking stopped updating but NO help to recover it. Their AI 'help' is very frustrating. This is the worst experience I've had ordering online. Ordering from overseas is easier than dealing with this company

We paid 20 for 2 day shipping on a small order on Thursday the 26th and our order was supposed to be delivered on the 28th. It's Monday and still no order. We made a complaint with Nutz.com and got blown off with an automated message. Poor service

As I have gotten older I got away from Nuts and have no idea why! I had good memories with my family eating all kinds of Nuts! Well, I am thrilled I found Nuts.com and the Pistachios, Almonds and Cashews are Great! Just Perfect! I am so happy to have found Nuts.com.

The snacks are high quality and the customer service is prompt, professional and personable. We hit a snag with a gift delivery and they resolved it with expediency and kindness and the snacks are currently being enjoyed! Delicious products, great customer service. They carry healthy “Hard to find” items that my local area does not have. I’m very glad to have found them.

Stale products! I have ordered before and they were just ok, but last two orders were stale. It was not just one off item. The dark chocolate was chalky white, the seeds were stale and smelled old, the nuts had no favor clearly not fresh and the toffee coated nuts were damp and chewy, not a crunch. Clearly no quality controls and items have to be sitting on shelves long term.

The nuts, seeds, and candy are always fresh. You have dried peaches that are delicious all by themselves, yet makes devine pies!!!! Thankyou!

Received 4 pounds of Organic Valencia Peanuts today from Nuts.com which were not fresh. They had a bitter almost rancid taste and smell to them. Carefully checking over the packaging I found there was no Use By Date or Sell by Date of any kind to give any clue as to how old they are. VERY disappointed as these were pretty pricy. Will not order from them again.
What is the point of buying organic for health reasons if the product could make you sick?

Absolutely wonderful site! It is easy to navigate, and they have wonderful snacks to choose from. My entire experience has been amazing and I purchase items for my family fairly regularly now. The quality has been exceptional so far, from the raspberry dusted almonds to the Turkish dates. My family and I have been very pleased!!

Terrible customer service reps. Nuts.com had a promotion if you spent $--- then you got free shipping. I got charged. Rep told me I would be refunded, never was. Called back and was told no such promo existed, but still being advertised then also. Had purchased from them for years. This company doesn't stand behind their products or word. Have never purchased from them again.

I had no trouble navigating Nuts.com and i was able to place my order within a reasonable amount of time. I received an estimated date of delivery and my order was delivered by the estimated date. My order was correct and their products are great. I will be placing another order, soon!

If I could give a negative star of I would.My son and sent my wife and I a medium costum tray for a Christmas present, when I opened it I could smell that it had rancid odor and when I tasted a little bit I couldn't eat if one of my great grandkids ate it they would have gotten sick.I sent a message to the company after a run around they wanted to know if I would accept a replacement tray which agreed to, after waiting for a few hours days they said they were out of stock so they would credit my son's account.I don't see how a company that sells all the products can be out of stock, also they have the tray shown on their website.I hope no one else has this problem.
