My question regarding why acorns aren't sold for human consumption was well answered and some good suggestions were made for sustainable replacements for almonds. I'll be ordering something soon.

Every time I have placed an order with Nuts.com, I have received prompt (and courteous) service. Deliveries are always on time and sometimes, even ahead, of estimated delivery times. The products are of the highest quality and I can't seem to get enough of them.

I had my package delivered to the wrong address and one of untrustworthy neighbors kept my package. I contacted nuts.com and they sent me a replacement right away that I received today. I am a big fan of their customer service and will continue to purchase from this great company!

I ordered 10 boxes for 10 addresses. Spent a while filling out delivery info. I then added a message and couldn't figure out how to duplicate for each package (all the same). I called and customer rep was very hard to hear/speak to. She said I had to enter it all again OR she would do it. I could not imagine trying to tell her 10 addresses, so I did it all myself, again. Then hit send. They delivered all 10 boxes to the first address. No way to cancel and reship. Then they said the building was closed and they couldn't deliver as specified. I was thinking, hey, great, extra time to fix things. No such luck. I asked for a manager to contact me. No luck. Frustrating, Time consuming, no attempt to fix anything.

Absolut sämsta hemsidan jag beställt ifrån. Drt var turer fram och tillbaka om hur leveransen skulle ske. Fick aldrig någon leverans mer än 1 månad senare, trots att de skrev att ny leverans skulle skickas. Fick dock återbetalning.

Bad customer service and horrible nuts. they promise bold flavor but they are tasteless nuts that are overpriced. Not worth purchasing.

I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with a company. Products are superior, customer service is remarkably good, communication about shipments is excellent, shipping is FAST, prices are fair, and promotions are generous. They have things I can’t find elsewhere. I love that it’s a family company and their marketing has a funny sense of humor !

I was unhappy with an item I had received from this company. I chatted with their customer service and they quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I have been ordering from them for years with no issue. It was powerful to see them immediately respond and fix my concern. I will continue to order from them because of such a thoughtful and professional way they took care of me, their customer.

I received my order within 2 days. It is a custom order, a gift for my husband. My order is literally overflowing with goodies. No skimping here. I highly recommend.

I ordered for the first time couple of years ago. Pruce,quality and quantity was excellent.
Orderd again in January 2026- sesame seed n honey brittle and lemon pop squares. Ugh. The brittle was Awful ... a strong rancid taste . I sent in a complaint. Recd an immediate response and a replacement shipment within 2 days, thank you . But That too was rancid. I think all these brittle n candies are made months in advance. Will not be buying this product again

I wish I could give them more stars. All of their products are excellent. They ship fast. Their customer service is Top Notch. They know their business.

Placed my order 2 weeks ago. Still not here. They sent me an email offering $5 off my next order for delaying my order. What a joke. Will never shop there again.

I purchased two packages of all sorts. They sent product that seemed like it was melted or maybe was frozen and then defrosted. I wrote to them. Instead of a replacement I was suppose to get a credit. But now I'm locked out of my account. I wrote customer service and they cannot fix it. I told them why I needed to order using my account in order to use the credit. But it seems they don't understand or cannot read. I have a feeling there are new owners of the company and they don't give a damn. Well they lost my business -- BTW my last order wasn't just for the all sorts I ordered 50 dollars worth of goods. So they have lost at least 200 dollars of business annually from me.

I like the fact that they list items by special diets. I buy sugar free candy often.

I’ve been a customer for a long time. Their products are so fresh and good. Lots of variety. I prefer dark chocolate and they have so many choices. I will definitely continue to be a customer for a long time.

This company has great products at reasonable prices. Shipping is free if you order more than a certain dollar amount, which you are made aware of in their promotions. The items you order arrive quickly, and a lot of care is taken when they are packed.
