I had a really positive experience. Communication and follow-up were excellent, and everything was completed on time, from getting the charger installed to the final delivery. They were also very understanding of my situation and the things I mentioned throughout the process, which made everything much easier. Very happy with the overall service.

Such great communication ... I honestly can't think of another utility/lease company/retailer, etc that has been so easy to get hold of when needed. In both aspects of my car buying experience - the purchase itself and the EV charger fitting - it has been the case that emails are answered within the hour and queries are resolved. They choose good partners, too. Greenhaus delivered my car and the handover was everything I needed - friendly, informative, efficient. Honestly ... Octopus has restored my faith in customer service on all levels.

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt this experience deserved one. It simply would not have been the same without Leon. From start to finish, his professionalism, communication and overall manner were absolutely outstanding. He made the entire process incredibly straightforward, always taking the time to answer every question thoroughly and ensuring nothing was left unclear. Amazing communication with fast responses to my emails.

From my first enquiry through until today, I have been kept informed of the progress of my car.
I received my car yesterday and the courier could not have been nicer, explaining and answering my questions. The car was spotless and fully charged “ good to go”.
Even the weather played its part with a torrential downpour allowing me to test the wipers and demister ops.
The follow up call from Sofia today was just as informative and helpful explaining the after “sales” services and confirming herself as a contact if I needed further assistance.
From start to finish my impression has been one of a totally professional experience.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while, but as we all know, life sometimes gets in the way! However, I haven’t forgotten the fantastic customer service I received from Ryan at Octopus Electric Vehicles , and I feel he deserves to be recognised for going above and beyond.

Ryan was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding. He took the time to help me, made me feel listened to and provided the kind of service that really makes a difference. It’s so refreshing to speak to someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and making things easier for them.
