Great Customer Service and Advice from Leon. I was exploring options and the information I received about the available scheme and benefits was great along with knowledge about specific cars. My initial call was simply exploring but the insights provided and follow up conversations helped me find the right vehicle and the process was seamless

Initially there was slight delay due to the car I selected but Octopus were open and honest about the delivery times and were able to support me to select a different vehicle which would arrive in the timescales that suited me and my current situation. Thank Dani for all the support, very helpful and he was able to answer all my questions. I am in love with the car i ended up getting, best decision to change!

Great experience throughout the whole process of ordering and receiving my car

My experience with the EV team has been seamless, I didn't quite expect it to be so smooth. Morgan in the customer care team was brilliant with me and all my questions and several quotes! Even though she is new to the role I couldn't tell, she was knowledgeable about the process and the cars! She always followed up and got back to me the same day which made the start of my journey really easy. Now Conor, Operations Specialist is looking after the process now I have reserved an EV, he was really helpful and friendly and sent me useful links about tarrifs and the Electroverse app. He even wished me an early happy birthday! Overall my experience so far has been second to none and I will recommend Octopus all day long. My journey is still going and I look forward to the next steps.

Excellent experience with Octopus EV. The process was straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and everything was handled efficiently. Delivery was smooth and the team were helpful whenever I had questions. Highly recommended.

The Octopus Energy advisor was very helpful when the brand new MG4 I leased from them had a faulty infotainment screen. This left me without many important features such as parking assist and Sat Nav. It took many weeks for the problem to be solved because it was a faulty part rather than a software issue. However, I was issued a courtesy car from the MG garage for the first few days and when they needed it back, OE found me a top of the range hire car to drive for the next few weeks until my car was repaired. At all times, I was able to deal with the same advisor, who was unfailingly polite and trying his best to meet my needs. Although it was a great inconvenience to drive back and forth to the garage, particularly as I am a carer for my mother and needed to find someone to be with her at all times, the adviser was sensitive to my needs and has also ensured I receive compensation from MG for my troubles.

Great all inclusive deals that were easy to understand and compare. Being an Octopus customer made it even easier. The whole process of ordering was quick and easy all carried out via electronic comms. Once the order was accepted I was assigned a personal agent to manage any issues. Debbie introduced herself by email and arranged for a phone call to answer any questions. I then had regular updates from her and her colleagues keeping me informed about delivery and charger install. My vehicle was delivered and it was handed over with a full overview of capabilities. Debbie contacted me a few days later to ensure everything was okay and give me further info on charging etc. Overall great customer service and good offerings all making for an excellent experience. Have already recommended to family and friends!!
