Happy second car buy.. good process and was advised well by David Goldfelds he was a great help and the key to taking a second vehicle. Octopus extended the old car until the new one was recieved.

Phoned about the location of EV approved service centres. Very pleasant conversation with a lady called Lauren who said she would email me the nearest approved garages to my location which she did within a short period of time. Very helpful and excellent service.

Josh was extremely helpful, polite and keen to find a solution. My car broke down yesterday and it's been a telephone roundabout between RAC, Peugeot and Octopus to book a date and stay mobile. The Uber vouchers really helped. Would be great if it was a one-stop service without having to speak to all parties, and the phone menus do not match the knowledge of the service agents.
