Fantastic quality of my product I got I like that you can swap items

So far all goods recieved have been fresh and damage free. Extremely easy to swap whats in your box. Also the recipe sheets that come with each box are brilliant

Was a bit concerned about how fresh it would be near the end of the week. But: anything we have from Oddbox is still fresher then than what we get from the shops that day.

Very happy with oddbox have no complaints

The customer support service is speedy and luckily you deal with real people rather than chat bots ;)
Ellie and Erin were very friendly, attentive and easy to communicate with.

Been using Oddbox for over 5 years and love what they stand for. The produce is varied, good quality and tastes great. The team anre always quick to respond to any issue.

Going downhill unfortunately.
I've been a customer for 6 years, and until recently it's been great. Oddbox helps me eat a wider variety of fruit and veg, and having a pre-picked box helps me plan my weekly meals around the box contents which I find easier than having to come up with meal ideas from thin air!
BUT....lately I've had repeated issues with delivery - boxes keep being left in an unsecure place rather than following my delivery instructions, which are very clear. Customer service are very nice and helpful but the issue is still occurring. Given that you now have to pay for delivery (didn't when I first joined) and general increases to box prices combined with a recent drop in food freshness (over ripe tomatoes, mouldy beans), I'm not sure Oddbox is worth it any more.

I have really enjoyed having vegetables that taste the way I remember when I was a kid. The portions are generous and normally lasts well. I’ve had a couple of issues with delivery but I do have an awkward address. The customer service to try to resolve this was top notch. Only one complaint when some carrots weren’t up to standard but I expect this will be dealt with in the same manner. Overall I highly recommend and I love the fact I am contributing to minimising waste.

Have used Oddbox for a few weeks now. Fruit and veg of a good quality and lots of it! It is ready at the doorstep first thing in the morning which is great. Lots of good recipes and extra goodies to choose from. Easy to use website, able to change/ swap fruit or veg and pause the subscription if needed with ease. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality of both vegetables and fruit and it is very easy to adjust by swapping items.

Idea is great, delivered on time, however more expensive than supermarket. I embrace the odd shapes etc but my second box I was so disappointed, the strawberries were on the turn a dripping juice, mushrooms slimy, carrots split and apples bad. Cancelled my subscription.

The produce is brilliant. I haven't seen potatoes so big in such a long time and everything is exceptionally fresh. So glad I found Oddbox. I will continue to use as they rescue what people refuse to buy because it's classed as wonky fruit and veg which I think is ludicrous. They have loads more on offer too. Highly recommend. Thanks Oddbox 10 out of 10 for service and produce.

A really good idea rescuing odd and surplus veg ,can’t fault the quality and taste of the veg an fruit much better than the supermarket stuff they also do other things as well oversuppled stock of store cupboard items and gets delivered during the night so you get up before work and fetch it in the morning

Quality of the fruit and veg is great and lasts well, better than supermarket.

Best carrots I've eaten all year! Everything is so much nicer than supermarket food. Easy and convenient way swap in what you want, and a good choice of seasonal extras.

Only joined a short while ago don't know why I didn't do it before. Everything is so beautifully fresh and I love that you can make make swaps or add items. Delivered overnight, you never hear them , in a sturdy box with a polythene cover if raining. So much fresher than the supermarkets.

This is my second box. I’m only one person so it’s just the small one but I’ve used everything I’ve been sent. It’s all very fresh and tasty

Recently ive been getting very poor quality fruit and veg and have had no response from customer service
