I’ve been so happy with my OddBox produce, great quality and much fresher than what I’d been buying from the supermarkets. The quiet overnight delivery works well and they’ve always left the box where I’ve suggested. I’ve already recommended to friends!

Been having my medium fruit and veg box for a few years now never had any issues with my delivery if something had to been changed you would be notified in advance fruit and veg is so fresh and seems to last so much longer than supermarkets and over the last couple of months they launched their own ODD BOX APP which now makes things even easier to check on your deliveries and the swap my items is a great idea so I can honestly say the few years I've been using ODD BOX they have improved by listening to customers ideas and their own new ideas would definitely recommend to give them a go delivered to your doorstep as well keep it going ODD BOX great service 👍.

Oddbox makes such a difference to me, I get ridiculously excited when it's being delivered and have never been disappointed, it makes me feel like I'm giving something back while enjoying the best fruit and veg.

2 deliveries left in the wrong place, when I emailed the customer service response was ‘ we have checked with the driver and left in accordance with your instructions.’ The delivery picture is not my house. I felt it very poor to put the blame on myself. They also failed to acknowledge that in the first delivery some of the produce was black and bruised. More than happy for things to be miss shaped but old and inedible veg is not ok.
At full price the produce is not of good value even when compared to the more expensive supermarkets and organic products.

I like the idea of Oddbox but unfortunately there is too much of individual veg for 1 person. 5 peppers and 450g of potatoes is too much and the food goes to waste which defeats the point of Oddbox! They need to do small amounts of individual veg. I would rather less of each individual veg and more variety of veg in a box. Please think about single people!

Odd box is a fantastic company who sell leftover/ wonky fruits and vegetables. I have had amazing fruit from them, always fresh and lasts a lot longer that supermarket fruit. The vegetables last a lot longer too. Thanks Oddbox I will continue to enjoy the lovely food from yourselves.

Little box of the loveliest fresh veg turn up fortnightly for me. Delivered on time, box picked up and recycled the following delivery. Easy to use app to swap or add items. Perfect.

I've only had 2 boxes so far but I am very impressed with the quality, freshness, variety and ease of ordering. I love that I can swap out selections - basically building my own box. And I am so happy to be helping to combat food waste.

We love our odd box - great selection of fruit and veg. We get to swap items and there is usually extra in the box - sometimes we struggle to get through it all! I love the ethos of saving what might otherwise be wasted and the incentive to try something new - if its in my box Im not going to waste it , right! The customer service is excellent - the only issues Ive ever had are with the courier and Oddbox response has been prompt and effective . I cant recommend this highly enough, odd box .

The box of fruit and vegetables was delivered in good time and was a good variety

The Oddbox Customer Satisfaction Team is excellent. I always receive a personal tailored reply to whatever I'm commenting about. My emails are occasionally about skipping boxes when I'm away, but usually feedback for things I like and find useful such as information about growers, or the wonderful recipes they provide. I really enjoy my boxes of fresh vegetables and fruits and thoroughly recommend them.

There was a good selection in the fruit box I ordered.

I love odd box and mostly everything is great ! I've had a couple of odd veggies or fruits that weren't quite right. That's all really. I realise their odd and saved though.
The cucumbers this time are crazy , curly I'll try and use them. In generally I very pleased though, and love the leaflet and recipes. Delivery is always good and respectful and delivered well.

They deliver in time and most of the items delivered are still fresh. Good quality.

I am delighted with my first 2 boxes. I swapped from S to XS (I live alone) and added a few extra items of which there are many. The process is easy, the food quality, my diet has improved. So far so good.
