Fantastic service! Three day turn-a-round on repair to my 2014 Macbook pro laptop. It came back looking brand spanking new. Fault completely fixed. They also included a packet of sweeties! This company is as good as it gets!

Had my PS5 repaired under domestic and general insurance ologic did a quick and perfect job received my PS5 back within 5 days from sending it to them

Working again with no issues even replaced my broken usb port on the back

My issue was a intermittent hdmi port which eventually stopped working it was originally sent to a company called console doctor which was also a service provided my domestic and general they also repaired the hdmi port which didn't last long this is why ologic fixed their problem for me

Not tested fully yet but I'm sure if there is any issues they would resolve it

Sent ps5 to be fixed to this company through my insurance. They had it for just under 10 working days and returned it still broken! My insurance had told them the problems, id told them on the app messages and also filled forms out stating what the issues were. Returned back and the letter said they'd only done a clean and service. I messaged the day i received it back and said it was still broken no reply as it was a Saturday and theyre closed thought they'd reply Monday.. got to around dinner time Monday no reply I had a notification to leave feedback on there app within minutes they replied to my feed back. Took me to leave feedback for them to acknowledge my complaint! They said they changed something on the ps5 but it wasn't listed so they clearly lied! My insurance said if it had been changed it would be listed as they have to list everything they fix/change/do to your device. Now my insurance have had to send to another company so they can actually fix it!! Avoid this company!!!

Fantastic service. They sorted the problem with my item in a timely manner and replaced the product very quickly. They kept me updated on progress throughout. When I got the replacement there was a lovely inspirational quote on the side of the box with my name put on it and the small bag of sweets inside it which was a beautiful touch and the quote was much needed and would cheer anyone up after a stressful day. Thank you.
I would highly recommend them as the service was great and painless from the item was picked up to a new item supplied.

I am very happy with the service I received for my son’s PS5, it was delivered today after a week. Communication was good and was able to check on the website that they received it. My son is happy that it works and the also cleaned the dust that got it. Also given a an itemised list of what was replaced. My son also enjoyed the vegan sweets.

Just received my daughter’s laptop back after the screen was accidentally damaged. I’ll admit I was sceptical at first, as I’d never heard of Ologic before and was worried that even the charger might not come back with it. Oh, how wrong I was!

Collected on Tuesday morning and delivered back on Friday - just in time for her to start the new school term. I had to shake my head as I was certain this repair would take over a week at least! The personal message and sweets inside were such a thoughtful touch. It’s so rare to find service like this these days.

Top marks to Kevin and Gary -thank you so much! I really appreciate your excellent service and know exactly where to go next time I have any computer problems.

P.S. It’s a shame that Ologic only works through the insurance market. I may be wrong, but if they offered affordable services directly to the public, I’d have no hesitation using them again!

They needed to just deliver but kept saying they had to swop.

I was going to write amazing review, and already put 5 stars. Because of the way you handled the calls and packed the item for way back to me. But then I had that moment of 'trust noone' and tested headset. You did not repair it, and certainly did not test it. Of course the lens work, because they were not broken. So let me tell you what is broken, it is the thing that tightens the headset to my head. How I know you have not tested it? Because it is loose. It can not be tightened, just like when I claimed for it. I am very disappointed. Looks like it will be a claim for replacement, because repair failed.

They have an app that keeps you updated throughout the repair process! You can send a message any time which also sends an automated message when you send it outside working hours letting you know when they will be back in operations. Very friendly

My computer was repaired perfectly though frankly I didn’t have much hope. Delivered even earlier than expected with a lovely message from Pedro and a sweet surprise inside. Made my day!

The service I have had from Ologic has been outstanding from start to finish. They have repaired a laptop that had a broken screen, and I really wasn’t expecting to see it again. Not only has the machine been returned completely fixed, but it was only away for a week, and there were some lovely personal touches with it too. Thank to the all of the team involved, and highly recommend using them if you are looking for this service.

Tablet with broken screen picked up Wednesday afternoon and delivered all repaired on the Sunday. Very quick service

I had my lenovo laptop insured by D&G then the lid broke rang D&G to report this. The next day my laptop was collected by DPD no need to paecel it up as they come with a secure box to place it in. The laptop was delivered to Ologic where they ordered the parts to repair it When it was repaired it was returned to my address via dpd, it was so quick & easy to do.

The speed and efficiency of the updates via the app were very reassuring. iPad repaired and they replaced the charging port which Apple had said wasn’t possible! Probably after a new sale but I’m so pleased to have this repaired.
