Excellent Experience. Highly Recommended
I had an excellent experience with Ologic. My Samsung laptop was repaired and returned much quicker than I expected. The packaging was incredibly secure, and my work laptop arrived in perfect condition.
What really stood out was that Lewis and Gary leaving a lovely note, a bag of Haribo and even a charging cable. It genuinely made me smile and showed they had taken real care with my repair.
Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Lewis and Gary who repaired my work laptop so quick. Your professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciate the excellent service and would happily recommend you.

AMAZING JOB
Wow. I sent my laptop of to repair as I had a missing key on the keyboard and to my surprise within days I got it back. When it came back it worked really well and even came with a mini Haribo packet and had a USB-C cable. Gary and Lewis really did a great job on this one. Well done guys.

I sent my laptop off to get fixed; it came back the following week. It was so quick. I was so shocked when I saw the most wholesome message ever written to me and my mum, it has made my day completely and i will never forget that. Not only did i recieve the sweetest message, as i unravelled the repair letter a new UCB cable fell out, along with 2 mini packets of Haribos. I was absolutely gobsmacked I've never experienced such kindness from strangers. Thank you so much Lewis and Gary, you really made my day. I wish you both nothing but the very best in life. :)

Fantastic Work and Great Customer Service
Had a laptop repaired through insurance claim and Ash and Gary had it repired and back to us within a day. Previous reper services would not do a complete reapair (missing keys) however this team did a full repair and great job. They took care knowing that the laptop was used by my son and even sent some sweets for him. This shows dedication to thier work AND the customer. Those who do good by me and mine always have my respect.

Fantastic business. I used this company through insurance i took out on a Laptop for my grandaughter. Ologic is a fantastic company. They picked the laptop up from my home address and they wrapped it and took photographs as proof of condition etc. They kept in contact with me all of the time the laptop was with them. Literally a week later the laptop was back with me, all repaired and as good as new. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs to a computer. I felt that they went above what was expected and my little grandaughter is so happy to have her computer back and for it to be like brand new. Also on sending the laptop back to us, there was a lovely little note for my grandaughter and a small packet of sweets for her - it made her day. Many thanks.
