My son broke his laptop and was heart broken. It was fixed and back to us within days!Fantastic service !
Honestly couldnt be happier with them . Personalised note and all.
Far quicker than we expected to have everything done and back to us . Laptop probably working better than before it was broken.
Credi and gary are incredible and have made a little boys day .

I have recently had various issues with…
I have recently had various issues with the delivery of my item after a repair, first DPD lost the device, then a replacement device was lost and then a further replacement was delivered damaged via a 3rd party. Along the entire process whilst there have been delays and issues. I cannot fault Ologics customer service and in particular Lynn who has been extremely helpful throughout. With a final resolution that has helped and made my son very happy, clear prompt communicating to get to this point thank you

My MacBook has come back looking brand new!
My Macbook went to Ologic following a liquid spillage over it. The service from Ologic was outstanding from start to finish. My device easily collected from home by DPD, with full tracking of its journey. While it was at Ologic I could follow the progress on their app so knew exactly when it was being worked on, waiting for parts, tested...etc. The technicians Gavin & Gary have done an amazing job - thank you both! It arrived beautifully packaged with a letter explaining all the new parts and even some sweets!

Superb!
Fast, efficient laptop repair by Alex and Gary at Ologic. We had taken out extra insurance with John Lewis to cover accidents to our laptop, which proved to be invaluable. The process to book the laptop in for repair was easy and Ologic used DPD courier service, who were excellent. The laptop was collected from home at the stated time and returned by DPD five days later. Great communication every step of the way. Can’t believe how fast the whole process has been! Would definitely recommend.

Superb company for any tech repairs
Had my laptop repaired through D&G insurance, a broken screen bezel and hinge. The communication from Ologic from start to finish was superb, they informed me of every step of the process and both the collection and delivery dates and times were bang on. The actual repair made the laptop like new again and the return packaging was so much better than from the original manufacturer, a big thing for me as it just shows how much care they take with the items. Just a mention for Isaac and Gary who worked on my laptop - thanks very much guys, great job - but many thanks to the whole team. Highly recommended company.
