Oneplan is no plan
Oneplan after 10 years I can honestly say that I am so disappointed in the pathetic service received and gets me closer to leaving.
Your people are inexperienced, have no email etiquette and are unclear about processes. I would hate to have a life threatening disease and have to deal with them.
First my policy was suspended because the correct invoice was suspended somewhere but not attached to my profile.
Now I see that the amount for the dentist is approved but there is a rejected amount of r345.
Does this mean if a dentist claim is r500 and I got r1000 on my card I have to pay the r500 back.
This has not been the experience before.
I no longer feel like a valued client and am disgusted by the manner in which your personnel have engaged with me

We have acknowledged your complaint, would like to have a look into the matter and assist further. Please send us an email to care@oneplan.co.za with your policy number in the subject line and please mention that it is related to a Trust Pilot complaint.
Kindly note that claims are reviewed subject to the stated cover limits as per the plan you select. This means that in a case where you may have selected the Blue Plan which covers Dentistry at R685.00 per visit, and the funds are loaded into your Oneplan Claims card, and you utilize the full R685.00, however, you provide an invoice that reflects an amount of R500.00, this leaves the remaining amount unaccounted for and the claim will be reviewed for the amount reflected on the invoice and the remaining balance will be rejected and will have to be paid back, unless you are able to provide an invoice and proof of payment which reflects the full amount utilized.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we this provides clarity on how claims are reviewed.

Mapula rendered absolutely excellent service to me. She advised me on my insurance plan for my pets and recommended that I take the Pet Med Booster. She explained that with the Pet Med Booster, the Excess Buster would no longer be necessary, as the booster would cover both. This was something that had not been explained to me previously — I could have had this included in my premium and had my dogs covered in this way from the beginning.
I really appreciated that she gave me clear, helpful advice.

I will say besides the administrative nightmare it has been trying to have the my oneplan card delivered to the correct address, when I called in a fury to fight Mbali Vilakazi was able to handle my query efficiently and without hesitation. Excellent Customer Service Received
I dealt with Kealan Roskin and his Manager Rinolen Naidoo at Oneplan and they really know what customer service requires. I always have problems with my claims or queries when dealing with One Plan and wanted to cancel my Policy, but dealing with Kealan and Rinolen restored my confidence in Oneplan and made me keep my Policy, they gave excellent quality customer service which is very rear to find. I hope they teach everyone there on how to treat customers

As a OnePlan client, I've been consistently impressed with the service. I strive to share balanced feedback about my experiences. On a separate note, I believe it would be beneficial for OnePlan to consider adding mental health coverage. I’m very aware that this exclusion is stated in all policy documents. However, given the existing disparities in mental healthcare access, particularly for black women in our country, this addition could make a significant difference and set OnePlan apart as a Health Insurance brand.
