This really is the most frustrating…
This really is the most frustrating medical aid, I've literally paid everything out of pocket because majority of their cover is under pet med saving which barely covers a vaccination, and then also to be told it covers sterilization under this funds which only renews in a year.. I pay more month then I am gaining... I might as well pay all cash going forward. Really a mis sell

Kindly note that sterilization is covered under the Pet Med Savings benefit up to annual cover limit of R800.00 under the Classic Plan as stated in your policy schedule. Once you have utilized the full cover limit, you will only be able to claim again once the benefit renews on the anniversary of your policy.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. Oneplan subscribes to its TCF principles and will take all reasonable steps to ensure fair and equal treatment of all our clients. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.

Really dissapointed
Really dissapointed. My GP referred me to a specialist for a minor prosedure but that has family history so important to have had, Ive run around getting all the codes etc required by three providers only for it to be denied.
great for out of hospital , but really not servimg me for anything else.
