I bought the Dermisonic from ideal home show on Sunday and I want to say a special thank you to Kristina’s excellent customer service, which made all the difference, and I would highly recommend both her and Opatra to anyone looking to invest in their skin! I visited the Professional Beauty Business Summit at Olympia in March with every intention of purchasing a Dermalux LED device for my new Beauty Boutique when I inadvertently stumbled across Opatra's stand there. I have to say this has worked out so well for me! I showed interest in their Dermasonic II device and Kristina was more than helpful in sharing her knowledge and experience of how well it works - and it does - as well as demonstrating how easy it is to utilise on your clients and even yourself if need be. She was ever so patient going above and beyond to respond to my many questions, even the more challenging ones which was when she brought in her colleague who actually designed some of the equipment and who could share with me the more scientific underpinning knowledge that I was seeking. Kristina also took me through the Skin Essentials skincare and some of the other devices that may prove useful in my salon.
I admit I was sceptical at first. I have been in the beauty and aesthetic industry for over 35 years now as an educator as well as aesthetician and have used an extensive range of very pricey devices that didn't always deliver; however on seeing how well the demonstration worked, and reading through the information Kristina shared I was impressed enough to make a purchase of nearly all that was recommended, and I have not regretted it since.
I and my clients love how well the devices work, and regular use of the Opatra skincare range really improves the texture, feel and look of my clients skin. Add the exceptional customer service that I have received from Kristina and her team, I know that going forward with Opatra is the best option for making a success of my business, so happy I opted for them!

Manale and Marianne have just sold me products I never thought I would they were brilliant good sales but I didn’t feel pressured this is a gift to me for retiring no pressure amazing and manale is beautiful if I can look like her happy days 10 out of 10 service both of them xx

I was served by a lady called Marianne who was very knowledgeable and explained how to use the different products on sale. I bought some face cream which I’m really happy with. Thank you Marianne’s for all your help and I will definitely buy from you again. Excellent customer service.

I was stopped by Marianne at the Ideal Home Show, at first I was sceptical about these devices, as I previously had heard mixed things. However from the second I sat in the chair for my demonstration, Marianne made me feel so comfortable and showed me the devices in the most brilliant way, she was not pushy and really explained the use of them well. I could not be more thrilled to buy a product from such a genuine salesperson. Will be purchasing again !

I visited the Ideal Home Show yesterday, there were so many high-quality brands to explore.
One of the highlights for me was discovering Opatra. I had the pleasure of meeting Liran, who truly made my day. He took the time to sit with me, understand my skin, and give personalized advice on how to maintain its glow.

Such a lovely experience professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

Kristina was lovely very informative, , she explained how everything works, she showed you while explaining everything. She answered any questions I had . Also a follow up txt to make sure everything was ok.

This was quite an experience, I have never thought I’ll purchase a device for my skin routine but I did heard about OPATRA technology. I adore the approach and the knowledge of the skin advisor, he was such a gentleman I have to say that it was a bargain, can’t wait start using it.

Had a great experience and purchased. Great customer service and well trained staff who filled me with confidence. I was served by Marianne and Sam.

I’ve been using Opatra London alongside a few other skincare brands, and I can honestly say their devices make a real difference. The treatments are easy to use, and I’ve started seeing noticeable results—my skin looks smoother and more refreshed. It’s a great addition to my routine and works really well with my other products.

I have been using Opatra products for a number of years and the results are amazing. Sam and Marianne are brilliant. They are knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job explaining their products and how to use them. There is always such a great buzz on the Opatra stand…..love it!

I feel really silly. It was an impulse buy at The Ideal Home Show! I had buyers regret as soon as I got back to my hotel. I spent £500 on this device.
I emailed the company to ask for a refund and heard nothing so wrote about my frustration on here.

Today I received two phone calls from the company and they had not received my email.

Andre was very helpful and gave me a different email address and the problem has been resolved.

He has promised a full refund and a label and the device will be collected from my home by a delivery company.

I appreciate their customer service and the professional way they have handled this problem.

I also had a very pushy Opatra person at the stand at the ideal home show today...encouraged to sit down to try the eye and skin treatment ...then within 10 minutes this person who said she was a dermatologist had gone off and got a box priced at over £1000 without even asking me if I was interested in buying it ...never felt so uncomfortable as I did today...but there is no way I am buying an expensive product like that with doing my own research first ...I probably would have made a purchase in the future ,in my own time, but not under duress from pushy sales people ,it has definitely put me off the brand now ...its a shame that if its an award winning beauty brand that it has such agressive sales tactics . Very disappointing 😔

I got talking to a young woman on the stand at the Ideal Home Show today. Apparently she was a skin expert 🙄
I foolishly let her put some cream under my eye. As a result my eye is now sore and painful. I said I wasn't interested in making a purchase as I'd never heard of the company before. She then decided to insult my skin. Rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.

Met Anka at the ideal home show and had a pleasure to get an advice from her about my skin, didn’t purchase anything for budget reasons but overall

I was forced by a very pushy representative on the Opatra stand. These girls were absolutely insulting to perspective clients even young girls they were telling them they were wrinkly and whatever they were doing was not working.i still feel traumatised by the rudeness. I would suggest that you choose your custom interface more wisely.It gave a temporary lift like all these gadgets but 30 minutes later no change. I am contacting the Ideal Home exhibition to remove these people I feel it is extremely dangerous to make young girls. Well any women feel this way about themselves.
