J’ai fait une séance avec Victoria qui a pris soin de m’expliquer chaque détail des soins et des résultats avec professionnalisme et gentillesse.
Je vais d’ailleurs acheter très prochainement ce qu’elle m’a recommandé car les résultats même après une séance étaient convaincants .

I have had a lovely introduction to the Opatra beauty brand today from Isaac at the Trafford Centre.
His manor was friendly and informative explaining how the products could help with some of my skin issues.
He then demonstrated how to use the products making the whole experience helpful and very luxurious.

j'ai acheté il y a quelque année une machine, avec garantie a vie , celle ci est tombé en panne, et il refuse de prendre en charge.
Je n'ai plus la facture , vendeuse qui ne m'a jamais donné de facture et qui m'a menti en disant que chaque machine a un numero unique pour bénéficier de la garantie , aujourd'hui ma machine ne fonctionne plus 600 euros à la poubelle merci opatra!

I would like to particularly thank Sam at Battersea Power Station for his service. On my initial consultation there was no pressure to purchase. He clearly explained the products and their benefits and outlined how they would benefit me. I took some days to decide on purchasing because for most people this is a sizeable investment. After purchase he was continually in touch to monitor my progress and invited me back to the site many times so that he could chart my improvement. He has been a delight from start to finish. I have been using Opatra Reverse 5 for a month now and it has absolutely no effect. A waste of money. I would advise against this product.

The salesman are really good I get that as I was broke and still got a red light therapy gadget for £300 on klarna and am struggling to pay it. I don't even use it. Wish I could refund it. Sad times

Excellent customer services! I bought a synergy eye massager 4 years ago and they replaced it without any hassle . It’s the only device that takes down my eyebags so I was desperate to get another one. I think their products are worth the high prices as they really work and have a guarantee . Very happy customer .

I have many Opatra devices, which I love, such good quality and if you do have a problem it is rectified promptly. Big shout out to Marianne who is so helpful and really knows her stuff. I have never had such good customer service from anyone before. Marianne always goes above and beyond for her customers. Every Company should have a Marianne. I already have my eye on my next purchase. Don’t hesitate Opatra items are first class.

Opatra are an amazing their devices are brilliant and Marianne the brand Ambassador is wonderful so helpful and professional a lovely person, has given me a lot of advice,I highly recommend them.

My friend and I decided to go to Battersea Power Station we approached the Opatra store to see some wonderful beauty devices. We looked around and was spoilt for choice, what an adventure we had, we were served by an absolute star Marianne who spent her time and patience with us explaining the ins and outs on how each product worked on what we were interested in, all the staff were all very kind and welcoming to us. If you go ask for Marianne the knowledge this lady has is first class, she was amazing, we learnt SO much from her, which made it easy to know exactly what we needed to purchase. Opatra for beauty products is our go to now. You won’t be disappointed, the prices are fair, because you are getting the absolute best of the best of products. When you get the best nothing can compare. The fabulous lifetime warranty shows that Opatra stand by their products. I highly recommend Opatra products, have recommended to my friends and family. I will definitely be back very soon. Thank you Opatra 😃.

High pressured, rude, aggressive hard selling from Marianne at the Olympia Mind, body and spirit event yesterday. Told me my Absolute Collagen I use is useless and how I looked older than I was and still had rosacea…I don’t! She is wrong!! It certainly is not seaweed and she has nothing to back up her aesthetic procedure or your company: Then said it would cost thousands when I asked how much a demo on my face would be..not funny! Didn’t notice any immediate change, offered a ridiculous over inflated price and when I asked if she could do the other side, she asked me if I was buying. When I said no, she muttered under her breath and walked off and started eating her lunch! Just wow! I am a smart business woman myself and would never treat a new potential client that way. She needs to think about her attitude and I hope this is mentioned to her. I await a reply from your company…..
UPDATE ** Still awaiting a reply! This is a generic response from OPATRA and not the 1st time people have complained about the aggressive hard selling..see previous reviews.

J’utilise l’appareil renelif depuis 2 ans maintenant, j’en suis ravie.
Mais récemment en voyage j’ai perdu le fil pour le recharger,
Alon qui a pris aujourd’hui mon problème en main a été super efficace et réactif, il a géré très rapidement l’histoire et m’a envoyé le jour même un nouveau fil de recharge. Super super gentil! J’apprécie vraiment beaucoup 🙏🏼

It was sold in a container with enough for myself and my wife for 2 years. Mainly I used it and ran out Ager 3 months. So, very dissatisfied.

I would like to say that I had an amazing experience at the opatra lounge in bullring Birmingham. A lovely lady called Masai was so kind and helpful, she explained which products will help with my pigmentation and dark spots. Masía done a patch test and showed me the before and after results, I was shocked with delight and decided to purchase the products.
I honestly thank you for producing these amazing products because I have been suffering bad skin for a very long time and finally I have found the right products.
Finally I must say you have such kind and thoughtful staff, especially Masía, she is truly a wonderful lady 🥰
