I met Kristina and the BANAM spring symposium. She was so warm and welcome. Showed me all the products, what they would achieve and how they worked.
I purchased the Dermisonic II and Lumieye. Extremely impressed and have had such good feedback already x

I can not praise the customer service of Opatra enough.
Their lifetime warranty/guarantee speaks volumes for the company's faith in it's products. They have just replaced my toothbrush which had changing problems.
I own four Opatra products. I am totally happy with them all.

After sales for lifetime warranty is awful. Phone is never answered email responses are not timely!!!

Met Karin & Jo (I think his name was, sorry if not) at Battersea Power Station on 03.05.2026. Jo drew us in with his charm and persuasion but we (my husband and I, ages 59 & 71) soon felt very comfortable and impressed with his knowledge of the product and the trial we were both given. After buying the Reverse 5 we then went onto purchase the Synergy Marble Neck (gulp) but we were so impressed by the result in just half an hour we were sold. Watch this space for updates, both myself and my husband can see and feel the improvement already (yes really) and with the added benefits of using it on painful joints and dermatitis we are very hopeful this investment is going to be worth it.

I met Leo at London Ideal Home Exhibition stand, he took the time to use all the products on my skin and showed me how to achieve outstanding results, thoroughly spoilt for an hour.
Customer services were also outstanding and very quick to reply to my enquiry.

I attended the Ideal Home Exhibition in Dublin a week ago and had the pleasure of meeting one of the Opatra team there, Ned Perrin. Ned was so knowledgeable about the products and devices and gave me so much of his time to explain them to me. In fairness to Ned , he never put any pressure on me to purchase anything. I did however purchase several devices in the end . On reflection, when I got home, I realised that I would not realistically use them all , so I contacted Ned to explain. He immediately replied and organised a return of one of the products for me along with a full refund.
The customer service that I received from Ned and Opatra was second to none, it was excellent. Ned is a wonderful ambassador for Opatra and I will look forward to buying products from him again. Many thanks Ned, kind regards.

We came cross the Opatra products at Barclays boat show where Kristina presented the skincare products and tried on our skin. Kristina was very friendly and informative throughout. We bought a few items and are looking forward to applying them. Will share our feedback later.

At my recent visit to the ideal Home exhibition I had a facial consultation with Luciano and was extremely impressed. The service was very personal and thorough, with expert advice tailored specifically to my skin and concerns. I felt listen to and never rushed and the recommendations were clear and easy to follow a professional and reassuring experience that I would happily recommend thank you, Luciano.

I was very impressed by the OPATRA products and what they claim to achieve. Kristina was great and spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating everything in detail. There was no push for a sale and I was able to walk away to think about the purchase as it was a lot of money for me to spend. When I came back later she was again super helpful in completing the sale.

I nursed my mum with dementia for over 4 years I was given synergy devices face and neck and a eye device from my auntie who sadly past warranty in her name. I got a call from a beautiful angel called Andrei and he couldn't help enough he sorted everything out and more i am forever grateful to him. These products are a game changer. No more brown circles, red vains under nose, Saggy skin gone my whole face has changed it is so smooth I dont need to wear make up. I am 49 no one believes me but they think im 20 years younger.
Best present i have ever received.

I needed to upgrade my dermisonic as I felt it had had a life. Kristina was helpful as ever, we had met before and she always had given me good advice. I had previously bought devices and creams from her and never been disappointed. She does advise but also understands that quite a bit of money is involved and does not pressure into a purchase which I appreciate .Kristina is friendly and professional. Thank you for your help

Abrar took the time to really understand our preferences and budget, and helped us find products that were suitable for our price point without any pressure. Her enthusiasm and positive energy were infectious, and she truly went above and beyond with her customer service. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping customers. She’s an excellent salesperson and one of the loveliest people I’ve met.
