I am very happy with the workmanship and installation of glass veranda. The product and finish is great and it looks beautiful. Currently I am enjoying the sun in my veranda. Very nice and impressive. All OCS team was very helpful.

OSC have been great from start to finish. I was able to have exactly what I wanted with smoked glass and anti-sun roof. The surveyor (Billy) who came out was most helpful with the construction, as it was going over a swim spa. The guys fitting were spot on, professional, tidy and polite. I could not be happier with the finished product. Thank you guys.

We are absolutely delighted with our bespoke Louvred roof Garden Room. Exceptional professional service from start to finish including recommending a company for the removal of our old conservatory and all the civils.
Special mention to Simon and Chris in sales, Billy for his several visits to survey the work, Charlotte who kept us fully updated on the ordering, delivery and installation programme. The installation team of Dorel and Sergiu completed the garden room in 3 1/2 days were very friendly and professional. The standard of workmanship, cleanliness throughout the build was truly exceptional. We would highly recommend OSC who have met and exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic service and workmanship. I am extremely happy with all aspects from visiting the showroom to ordering all the way through to installation. There was a problem with the heater that was fitted and this was replaced immediately. So couldn’t be happier. I would really recommend open space concepts.

An excellent company to work with. After the initial discussion, Billy came and undertook the survey. Billy was very professional in his approach and explained the options and clarified what he would recommend.
We then reviewed the quote and agreed pricing.
An estimated time of delivery was given.
Charlotte then phoned to confirm that they were ahead of schedule and the product would be delivered 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
Chris arrived in the first week of January to install the pergola. Despite the freezing weather Chris and his colleague kept working throughout. Despite the difficulties with the freezing weather Chris was meticulous, and had great attention to detail to ensure the installation was correct and everything was working as it should.
A first class job and we are very happy with the installation. It will make a real difference to our property and we are looking forward to maximising its use.

From start to finish the service was excellent. My fitting was at the time agreed. The fitters were amazing. They worked so hard, worked all day and cleared up each evening. The quality of the product is definitely worth the investment. I opted for a large Louvre pod attached to my house. Well finished and has stood the winter test very well. I particularly like the star lights in the roof. If you are looking for a similar product look no further.

We’ve had excellent service from OSC from the showroom visit, through the ordering process, with the support for finding out the best enabling works contractor, and with the final installation, that was spot on! Really pleased to have chosen them for our glassroom, highly recommended

This was a project we dreamed about for some time, I am glad we chose OSC to guide us through and eventually finalise it.
Th e people in the company are honest, helpful and approachable. We asked a ton of questions, always got straight answers.
The quote we got was quite competitive; another quote we got previously was almost double the price, way overrated.
Quality and construction are at a high level.
But most importantly, after sales service is absolutely brilliant. We run into a minor issue and it was sorted without much fuss, with regular and honest communication.
Overall, if you are looking for an affordable and high quality garden extension look no further.

We visited the open space concepts showroom during half term and met Mark and Dave. It’s a great showroom and the team were really helpful and informative (and not pushy at all!). It was totally worth the trip, even our 8 year old had fun.

We’ve had excellent service from OSC from the ordering of our beautiful glass room to the completion. We can now feel as though we are sitting in our garden whatever the weather. The structure is amazing quality! The fitters were very professional, polite and the workmanship is amazing. Perfect in every way. OSC installed a glass room on to our house. All seemed well until, after a couple of months, water started pouring in one day. The water doused a wooden wine cabinet, making it bloom (obviously). When OSC came to fix the problem, it was discovered that the front fascia hadn’t been sealed (an error in the initial installation) so water had banked up and eventually started coming in. I contacted OSC several times to ask them to pay for the damage caused by their faulty installation, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. I was told they wouldn’t pay for the damage caused and suggested I claim on MY insurance for THEIR poor installation. When I finally asked for a senior manager, I was told someone would call me back…it’s been 3 months, I’m still waiting!
Update: In response to the non apology here; we keep the temperature and humidity constant in that room with underfloor heating (which the cabinet is not directly on, before you try that excuse) and a dehumidifier. Wow, just, wow! Attempt to blame the consumer for your poor installation and service, what a business model 😱

From the initial survey to installation OSC have been superb. keeping me updated with the progress at each stage.
when the guys arrive Dorro and Serghai from the start i cannot fault their level of workmanship. polite, professional and worked constantly, nothing was too much trouble. even when they hit a snag, it was dealt with immediately without any fuss.
the Winsol product as you would expect from a german manufacturer is amazing and extremely well built. we had glass sliding doors, integral blinds, starry lights, rotating roof - full works.
we would have no hesitation in recommending these guys
