From my experience, Optically I feel has no right to operate on the New Zealand internet like it is a NZ based company when all they are is an offshore business with a New Zealand web address and forwarding address, 1//Optically claimed that they had never received my frames that I had posted to there Wellington NZ address, fortunately, I had used track and trace,2// Then they clamed I had not sent my prescription for my eyesight WRONG.3// It took 3 months from when the order was made to the time I received my glasses back which were damaged with a dislocated hinge that Optically claimed I had sent them in this damaged condition. I had to take them to my optician to get them to fix the dislocated hing. All of this took mutable emails plus phone calls to there helpline each time with hollow promises that included weak excuses from them never receiving the frames to no prescription to damage then telling me they did not have the lenses. I have all the correspondence plus photo of the dislocated hinge.

The staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions thoroughly

Once I finally received them I was so happy, my glasses were so affordable & have made my everyday life so much easier.

Really happy with my prescription sunnies, although the delivery process was really long and drawn out, but great customer service over the phone to try and sort it.

I use optically for both my glasses and sunglasses. They provide good quality products for affordable prices. They do generally take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive so ordering well in advance is a good idea.

The glasses I got work well and are nice and comfortable.
They let me have an option that wasn't even available in the menu after asking which was appreciated.

Good selection, excellent prices and generally quick delivery. The only exception is there is usually a wait for one of my contact lenses.

I have used Optically three times.
Once the glasses broke a bit quickly and they were replaced free of charge immediately, otherwise the others are going great.
