Outstanding customer service.i purchased 2 x oxford boss locks and chain to secure my m/cycle in my garage to existing ground anchor and purchased I oxford bruteforce for outside when washing .during fitting I damaged one of the security plugs phoned customer service explained I was a Wally they sent replacement items out f.o.c outstanding customer service this is why I always buy your product I will recommend to everyone that will listen thanks again
Sun shield slide mechanism broken
After finding the slide mechanism on my HJC is max2 helmet had broken i contacted oxford products for spares and found they could do the repair for me , from the outset from Sam on enquires to the very quick email response from their parts dept my helmet was posted and repaired perfectly and returned with in a week , 10 out 10 to all at oxford products CUSTOMER SERVICES

Leather jacket made incorrectly
Leather jacket made incorrectly and not able to use Oxford back protector due to poor quality control. Protector mount on the wrong side meaning protector facing the wrong way. Unhelpful customer service and not interested in helping when just a few miles away!!!!

Replacement Obsolete Item
Phoned earlier this week to enquire about replacement waterproof cover for tank bag as had been unsuccessful in finding the item on line without buying the whole item again. Customer service asked me if I could possibly call back with item code ( on label inside bag) so they could check. I did so and spoke to Cloe who said it was an obsolete item but was happy to check in returns and would call back later that day. She called back 45 mins later with the exact item required and promised to post tomorrow so I have before I go away Monday. What a diamond!! Thank you Cloe. Nothing seemed too much trouble. She is an asset to your company and re affirms why we buy again. Great products and even better after sales service. Thanks again Cloe.

I had an issue with one of the Oxford nightrider indicators that I purchased off ebay as it split open and broke a wire when tightening up didn't get much help at all from the seller so contacted Oxford direct they were excellent and understanding and quickly resolved the problem without any fuzz...

Contacted Oxford Team for help with Tailbag T25R which is a fabulous tailbag for the Street twin, had a missing inner liner when I bought it from amazon. They sent me the missing liner straight away with no fuss and it arrived 2 days later. Always use Oxford when possible ie Rain Gear, luggage, clothing, cleaning stuff and they never dissapoint. They seam to understand bikers with out the overpricing of other providers.

Bought an Oxford midi D lock
Bought an Oxford midi D lock, whilst the lock is very good the battery supplied is not a long life lithium battery. Mine lasted 6 months if that, so counter in an additional £5 for a decent battery like Duracell. As in other reviews customer services are unhelpful and don’t want to know. Just hoping I don’t have to use the warranty on the lock!!

I had a problem with an Oxford Optimiser recently. Their replies to my emails were very prompt, very courteous and eager to sort the issue out. I received a new replacement unit within a few days of me returning the faulty one. Very good considering how Covid 19 is hampering businesses at the moment. 1st class service by nice people.

I had a problem when I installed an Oxford Hotgrips Kit in my bike. Customer service helped me quickly to solve my problem. Very satisfied and impressed with them because they answered me so quickly and told me exactly what was happening.
I sent my old controller
I sent my old controller, which was not working properly back to Oxford Products! As I had only purchased a set of heated grips early this year. They took a look and found it was not repairable! And within two days a nice new controller had been sent to me. In this day and age it’s hard to find anyone willing to help you, But was pleasantly surprised that Oxford Products, excelled themselves.
Poor quality
Purchased a motorcycle cover (stormex?) & the belly strap came apart after four weeks so got a replacement & exactly the same thing happened after ONE WEEK. Really poor quality so ended up buying another brand.
Oximiser 900 - great product and better service
I bought the Oximiser 900 to ensure my battery is always charged (as I don't ride too often). It works well and now the battery is good to go when I need it. Even when I had an issue with one of the connectors, the customer service team arranged for a quick replacement of the alligator clip assembly.
