This is hard to rate as I visited two very different stores on the one day. One was great and the other was meh. The Rouse Hill store assistant was very helpful and insightful about my hair issues and sold me an anti-humidity spray. The sales assistant at the Castle hill store was young, rude and clearly didn’t love her job. Even my daughter commented on her rudeness as we walked away. I should have been issued a gift at the time but didn’t receive it either.

The sales person was very friendly and approachable and she asked me if I needed help. She showed me a few different options of what I needed and assisted me on my purchase.

Great product range at reasonable prices

Have shopped in store for years and more recently the new Miranda store. The staff is lovely and so helpful!

I find it a great shopping experience overall. Good brands, good prices and good advice.

Helpful staff and products always available

I’ve shopped with Oz Hair and Beauty for a while now, never had any major issues. Recently they were unable to complete my order in as the stock was not available after I had purchased and their customer service team was amazing to deal with and very friendly!

I have been shopping at Oz hair and Beauty for years and I enjoy it every time. I mainly shop online and the experience is user-friendly, efficient and the discounts are very generous as well! The packages arrive quickly which is amazing.
I also love the lollipops they sometimes add to packages it is really cute.
