I have had multiple great experiences shopping online with Oz Hair and Beauty, but recently I went into the Pacific Epping store twice and I was not impressed. On both occasions I walked into the store without being greeted by sales staff or asked if I required assistance. I walked around the store for around 5 minutes and the sales assistants ignored me or were too busy gossiping with each other to help me. Two significant sales could have been made had they been doing their jobs.

I shop online only and have always found my orders are correct and received within a few days of ordering. Keep up the great work and exceptional service!

Oz hair and beauty is always my go for all things hair care. Not only do they have a phenomenal range of products, the prices are so good! The rewards program is a great incentive too!

I went in store to ask about a new blonde shampoo and conditioner, as the one I had been using was making my hair purple. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable, and she suggested a product that I absolutely love and is giving me the results I’m after!

If it weren’t for the fact that specific products I need are stocked here I wouldn’t bother. I have purchased items only to have them cancelled with an explanation of ‘oops, that wasn’t supposed to be listed for that’. There is always confusion between the Oz and NZ sites and prices, whether a discount will work etc. I have had items arrive that were misrepresented on the description. And the fact that you have to spend so much to get free shipping yet you don’t even get free samples is disappointing. Average at best.

Went in store for the first time, lovely experience and even got a sample wish was a nice surprise. I went in specifically for Redo Genie in a bottle. It smells fantastic and does wonders for my hair. I will only use that leave in conditioner from now on.
