In store the girls are so helpful and knowledgeable about all products and it’s very easy with online purchase , just click and collect. Always a nice bonus of a $5 gift card tucked into the bag! happy shoping online. just one things that when i checked my order history, its quite not convenient to see the order list, in my account the old order was sit on top and the latest order was at the bottm . i had raise this issue twice.

Edited to add: they initially sent me an email offering some freebies in exchange for a review. I never received them, so I emailed to ask about it and never received a reply. I would have left them a positive review either way because the products are great, delivery is fast etc, but why offer sonething if you weren't planning to send it?

Great range of products and really easy online shopping experience. The website is easy to navigate, there's always lots of deals/specials, pricing is competitive and delivery is pretty fast (usually 2-3 days for me). I particularly love the Muk products. The hair masks and leave in conditioners are so so good, and I've tried a lot of brands! In terms of the delivery, the items are always packed well, and I love that sometimes you get some free samples, as that's how I often find new products to obsess over 😂.
