Update: After giving up on email promises and posting the below, Parahair responded and finally did make a refund for the returned items. I returned 3 out of 4 bundles (as I had opened one). I got a refund that equated to two bundles. But at this point I am thinking 'better than nothing' though not ideal. My advice is to order carefully as it is not quick nor easy to get a refund on exchange. But I guess that is the risk of international purchases. At least they have done something so credit to them for that. I will order again as the hair is pretty good.
Previous complaint:
I wanted to exchange some hair as it was shorter than was suitable. I kept the one opened pack and returned the three unopened packs. I was told to order the longer hair I wanted (pay for it) and send the previous order back (just under £100 of hair) to get refunded. I returned the purchase - following the instruction exactly to the return address, recorded post. I contacted the every month there after and every time they said they would look into it where my refund was, yet the refund never arrived. It was a shame as up until that point the customer service appeared good. The returns and exchanges is a lie. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

I ordered wavy clip in extensions and paid for shipping that was supposed to arrive within 7-10 days. It's clearly listed on their website that refunds and returns are guaranteed ESPECIALLY if it's their error... Not only did I have to reach out over 5 times to see why my order was so late (took a month to get to me!) but when it arrived, it wasn't even what I ordered!!!! I reached out with pictures and was told they'd "work with me on a application for 5% money back for my order" - I demanded a return label to send back this wrong item, and was offered 8% back.... for $80 they wanted to give me $6.40 back??????? I still requested a refund and return label and haven't heard from the company since. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE - even if they may have genuine products, if you get the wrong one, say goodbye to your time and money!!!!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL DO NOT BUY

My original order was shipped very quickly. Unfortunately, the extensions were too dark for my hair. They have been very helpful in the returns process, and I can't wait to receive my new extensions.

I purchased one set of jet black wavy clip in extensions. First each piece has barely any hair on it, certainly not like the picture on their website. Next, the clips are cheap and break easily, they are not u clips as pictured so they only have straight teeth which don’t hold in my fine hair. Even when I try to wear all of the pieces it still looks like thin stagily hair. The entire point of me wearing them is to appear to have thicker hair. Complete waste of money for these crappy extensions!!!! I won’t be ordering again

Complete waste of time and money! I purchased two packets for a full head of curly hair extensions. They are NOT curly! Therefore they don’t blend with my curly hair, the volume isn’t enough to cover half a head, they are thin and horrible quality. BUYERS BEWARE I do not recommend.

I have always been very satisfied with the human hair products that I’ve purchased. The quality is very good for the price. I’ve never had any problems with shipping or receiving my products and customer service has always been very helpful for any of my questions.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY PROMISE A FULL REFUND BUT THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A RMA NUMBER FOR A RETURN AND THEY TELL YOU TO RETURN USPS AND TRACKING OUTSIDE THE US TO CHINA IS OBSOLETE AND THEY TELL YOU NOT TO RETURN EXPRESS BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT YOU TO BE ABLE TO TRACK THE PACKAGE AND THEY THEN WONT REFUND MONEY BECAUSE THE PACKAGE IS NOT FOUND. ITS BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND IM STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND OF $300!!! DONT ORDER FROM CHINA!!

The quality of the hair is worst then I’ve ever had! And they won’t take them back even tho I never used them because I can’t install such a crappy hair on my clients! Don’t recommend this company to any one! Very disappointed!

I was scare because I read some bad reviews but at the and was surprised with a really good customer service and a good quality hair.

I bought hair off this website for a birthday gift and decided I didn’t want to give my friend the hair anymore and wanted to return the item. I emailed on the day I received the item to get hold of the correct return address this was on the 20th July for 6 days they have been giving me excuses left right and centre and not giving me the correct return address nor telling me anything about receiving my full refund. I am dissatisfied with the customer service they have provided. I will definitely be contacting the police for fraud and opening up a court case against this company if they continue to avoid my emails and not allow me to return the hair back and give me my refund.

I didn't get my whole order I ordered 4 packages of hair at $106.00 apiece and only got 3 and I can't get a response from them to see when I am getting my other package

I received horrible service. I received the completely wrong color of hair.. and instead of just asking me if I would like to send it back and get my money back they were arguing with me saying they would pay 8% to get it dyed properly.. I paid over $200 dollars for this hair and you want me to go to a professional to get it properly dyed which would be another $150 to $200 and you want to compensate 8% 😂 I eventually just told them to forget it after about 10 emails back and forth. Never again.

The hair arrived quickly and is really high quality. The length of the hair was 18” although I ordered 20”. I reached out to customer service and they offered me a $10 voucher. I didn’t think that was acceptable as I will now need to repurchase 20” extensions. I told them I wasn’t happy and they simply stopped responding. Buyer beware.

I have been using this company for a year now and cannot fault it. The hair is brilliant quality. Lasts me around 6 months and I constantly style it with heat. I buy two weaves and sew them together to create the perfect multi tonal THICK hair. I have also used the micro loops from the site which again were amazing (I just prefers wefts) I have paid £600+ for extensions before using this site and cannot believe the quality of it for the price we pay! I will forever be using ParaHair. Quick delivery and very reliable. 10/10

Horrible it’s a scam! Ordered Tuesday paid the 2-3 business days shipping and they still haven’t sent out the order! And the customer service lies! They said it’s been sent out but when I called dhl they said the label was created but they never got the parcel and parahair is saying they cannot refund me because it’s been sent out! Which is a lie! And I feel like I’m talking to a robot they keep repeating the same thing it’s crazy very very unprofessional

I purchased a set over a week ago and they haven’t shipped. I’ve also sent 2 respectful emails to their service team within the past 5 days and haven’t gotten a single response. I just emailed them for a refund. They already have 3 complaints listed within this past year with the Better Business Bureau for this same unresponsiveness and late delivery. Not impressed.

ordered item on 3rd may used fedex the most expensive but fastest delivery and i am still waiting ,tried contacting was told due to covid there could be delays (which i fully understand) but that shipping item should be removed if it cannot do what it is saying . then told would be here on 13th may now to be told tuesday 18th may terrible service .......this is a edited add on my item has now arrived 18th may and although the postage is misleading i have to say the extensions are very good

I am new to extensions. I wanted to add length to my hair, and this was the only site I found with length over 26". I purchased 200g.

This hair is horrible. It's thin - so thin I can't blend it with my own hair. No point in even trying to get any money back, since I've now seen how horrible their customer service is. I mean, I accidentally ordered micro rings also and while they canceled that, they never refunded me the cost.

Please look elsewhere for hair, guys. I'm so unhappy - I could cry thinking of the money I lost on this.

I have now opened a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Tony/Tommy/Lauren (probably all the same person), you know exactly what my order number is from the numerous emails I sent directly to your company. You can talk to my bank directly now.

The hair quality is fantastic. For the price, I was a little apprehensive about the quality but they are amazing. I had difficulty getting information about my order with their staff and it took me telling them I was going to contact my bank and the police if they didn't provide me with my order number, they kept telling me to wait and wait when I got free 2-4 day shipping. It took almost 12 business days for it to get here (Manitoba). Other than that bump the hair quality is fantastic and I will definitely be buying hair from them again.
