Visited my local Park Furnishers, just to look at the range of sofas in store. On entering I spotted a lovely sofa, just looking at it, A gentleman came over and introduced himself and said if I needed any help at all just ask. I asked a few questions and then said I would have a think. I thought and returned again to look another day, Neil again was in the store, and said hello, and we spoke about the sofa, colours available, the dimensions etc. I said I would return the next day, when I returned Neil came over, gave me more information and colour samples to look at, a coffee was made for me, and I browsed without constant intruption. I purchased the sofas and I am extremely happy with the polite curiosity Neil gave,the great customer service and friendly approach though not intrusive in anyway.

When you walk into the store at Eastgate Bristol you immediately feel at home. No-one rushes you but when you are ready you are given all the time you need to make a decision.
On 9th May I was greeted by Neil who spent a long time showing me all that might be suitable for what I was wanting. He moved furniture to enable me to get a better idea and left me to ponder with a welcome cup of tea.
I left with what I thought was the right choice. Having lived with it that evening and looked again in the morning I realised that what I had chosen was not right for my particular room.
I rang the store when it opened and spoke to Neil who, without quibbling, said it was fine to return it. When I got to the store Neil was busy with a customer so Ian, the manager, dealt with it. I was never made to feel a nuisance or pressured into buying something else. Because of that I wandered round again and came away with some furniture that is exactly right for my room.
I would highly recommend this store and the team. They are courteous, knowledgeable and a credit to the company.

We visited the Bristol store to purchase a new bed and mattress. We were welcomed by Neil Thompson who displayed excellent customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable and patient and we appreciated his 'non pushy' sales manner. We purchased the bed and mattress of our choice and fully appreciate Neil's help.

Paul was very helpful in pointing out sofas from their large range that would suit our needs and allowed us to take fabric samples away to check which would work best in our new home. We’re looking forward to relaxing in the sofa & reclining chair when they are delivered

Highly recommend Park Furnishers
I recently visited the Eastgate store with my adult children and husband. We needed to get a chair that would help my husband to be able to stand more easily and enable him to be comfortable. Neil was simply delightful. He was patient, kind and we didn’t feel pressure to buy. Instead Neil focused on giving us all the information we needed to make the right choice. We are extremely happy with our purchase and it’s already a game changer.

Absolutely fantastic service from Neil. Buying a rising / reclining chair for aging parents is not easy.
Neil was extremely helpful and had a brilliant demeanour helping my dad navigate how the riser recliner chairs worked. Neil took care and time to ensure that dad was comfortable. We already have the chair and I haven’t seen dad this comfortable for ages. The rise function helps mum to get dad up too. All round great experience. Thank you.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable and stress-free support received from Neil today at our visit to Park Furnishers, Eastgate, Bristol. We were helped to decide which lounge furniture pieces best suited our needs, only awaiting our decision on the specific fabric (swatches kindly ordered by Neil) before making this a firm order. Today we visited Park Furnishers where we ordered a new dining table and 6 chairs. We met Kieran who was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed. There was no “hard” sale and we felt valued as customers. Would definitely recommend

Visited Park Furnishers today to make a purchase we had a very knowledgeable assistant named Neil who helped us with all our questions and made us feel comfortable with no pressure to buy .

Neil at the Eastgate centre was absolutely fantastic at helping me find a bed, I would recommend Park Furnishers to all my friends and family. Better customer service than SCS.

Today I attended with my Wife and Children, and put a deposit down for a sofa. We were met by Neil who was extremely helpful and who never gave us the hard sell. In fact, he placed us at ease!

Great service from Kieran, time and time again. He’s always very friendly helpful and extremely patient with us. Delivery was earlier than expected and the delivery chaos were very polite and helpful. If could give a 6 out of 5 review I would. Good old fashioned service, quality furniture at good prices. Very happy and would highly recommend.

It's the go to place for good customer service and great furniture choice that you can guarantee quality in all their furniture. The service I had from the gentleman who served me, was very helpful and was considerate in his approach, giving me time to decide in my choice, I felt very comfortable.

We were looking for a three seater sofa and armchairs in leather.
Our salesperson was Jamie Readings , he was polite and left us once we had told him what looking for. When he returned we did a deal and we were more than satisfied.
