Our visit to Park Furnishers today did not disappoint. We have shopped at Park Furnishers for the best part of 30 years and have never been disappointed with the customer service. Today Neil helped us with our purchase and as always was welcoming, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made us feel like our purchase was important to him as well as us. He gave us time to consider the options he had helped us identify and we left with a clear understanding of what we had purchased.
We have no hesitation in recommending Park Furnishers and the team to anyone looking to furnish their home with quality items

Fantastic service from Neil, we visited the store the previous week and there was no pestering but when we asked questions Neil answered everything for us. We then looked around and returned today and ordered our furniture, such an easy process. Neil was very experienced and answered all our questions yet again and went through everything with us. Highly recommend park furnishers,such a lovely friendly relaxed store we will definitely use for the rest of our house renovations

Excellent service from Neil showing us all the types of Sofas with recliners until we found the right one for us , there was no pressure whatsoever , and we spent a lot of time . Thank you for your patience .

This furniture store is exceptional. Great value sofas and furniture. I have to mention Neil who is exceptionally knowledgeable and gives impartial advice. It was his nature that wanted me to visit the store more often. We’ve bought a lovely table and considering sofas too. Thank you for the great service.

We telephoned ahead to Park Sores regarding a sofa bed we’d seen on line. We spoke to Neil who confirmed they had one in store. We travelled from South Wales and were met by Neil who was extremely helpful and demonstrated how easy it was to convert it into a bed and as a result we purchased it. He was very friendly and personable and the whole experience was very positive.

Top marks for Neil he really was helpful in helping us choose our new bed.
He was exceptionally friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure we knew the main differences between the three that we had shortlisted with his help.
He was not pushy, and there was no rush, we were able to try out the beds as many times as we wished until we were completely satisfied with the final choice.
We have bought most of our furnishings from Park Furnishers right back to the late 1960s.

We have been using Park Furnishers for many years now as we find you pay a reasonable price for good quality furniture and we always have good service from the sales and delivery staff, on our most recent visit we met a very friendly and helpful guy called Will, he really went out of his way to help us, we had just moved into a new home and needed our furniture as quickly as possible, as we had moved outside of Bristol Will explained that the delivery day was only on a Wednesday and that we would have a two week wait for a slot, we were happy to except this but on arrival home we had a call from Will to inform us that he had contacted the distribution warehouse and they would fit our delivery in on the following Wednesday which was only a two day wait, I think this was exceptional service from Will to help us get our furniture as quick as possible, Thanks Will great service

We recently visited the showroom looking for dining room furniture. We spoke with Ian who was polite, courteous and informative, providing us with all the information we needed at the time.
We went back last Friday and were warmly greeted again by Ian who had already checked out a couple of things we asked him on our previous visit. A second look at the furniture made up our minds and we happily placed our order with Ian.
We can't speak highly enough of the service we have received this far and are confident that, if anything untoward happens with the delivery then Ian will get it sorted for us.
As we sometimes say; you can get commodities pretty much anywhere, but for us, it's not always what you buy, it's who you buy it from.. 1st class Ian, thank you 👏

I went to Park Furnishers to buy a Stressless chair.
After a few minutes of looking at the products, I was approached by Neil, a salesperson.
He had an excellent knowledge of the product I was looking for and took considerable time to explain all about the chair that I wished to purchase.
After that, thanks to Neil’s help, it was plain sailing.
Paying for the chair and then collecting it a couple of days later.
Neil made sure the chair was properly wrapped and protected for transport and then helped me to load said chair into my car.
A stressless chair, with stressless service. Well done.

We were approached by Ian who was very helpful when deciding on a new dining table and chairs. Moving chairs around to see which we preferred. In a result of purchasing a new dining table and chairs and on to purchasing a new sofa.
The advise and service was excellent and would fully recommend this store to family and friends.

We visited the store to buy a new bed. James was brilliant - he was able to assist us with recommended combinations of base, mattress and headboard that would accommodate our sloping low ceilings. The bed has now arrived and we're so pleased with it - thank you James

Visited Park Furnitures have been looking for dining room chairs, second visit to Park Furnitures. Found the ones I wanted spoke to Will who was very helpful. Before leaving the store I changed my mind on the colour again Will was only too happy to amend order and said to ring him if I change it again.
Excellent service.

Choosing a new bed, particularly when one has a number of health issues can be very daunting!
Will, who guided me through the process showed wonderful patience, knowledge, understanding and an impressive ability to be attentive without me feeling the least rushed or pressured to make a hasty decision!
I am very confident that, with his help, I was able to choose a bed appropriate for my particular needs!
