My wife and I visited Park Furnishers today to purchase a bed. She dealt with William who was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Attentive without being pushy. Excellent Customer Service as always.

Neil was extremely helpful and helped us find just what we were looking for.

Thoughtful and helpful assistance from Neil in helping us understand our options. Because of him we returned two days later and purchased two armchairs.

I chose a bed from Park Furnishers BS5 having visited many showrooms to find my perfect bed. Neil & Ian were polite & helpful & discussed all options with me such that l felt supported in this big purchase. Nice to find decent good service still exists. Thank-you.

We did not have a positive experience with Park Furnishers eight years ago when we purchased a kitchen. However, we decided to give them another opportunity and recently bought two sofas for our lounge. The improvement in service was remarkable. Neil was extremely helpful, provided excellent support, and was both courteous and reassuring throughout the process. This experience has made us confident that we made the right choice.

Neil was friendly, informative and pleasant to deal with. He listened to our requirements and went through the options open to us with the space we had available in our living room for our new sofa. We would definitely recommend Park Furnishers (and Neil in particular) to other people. It was also excellent value for money.

We came to make a purchase on some side tables and a lamp table that we had been looking at for a while, making the most of the January sale. We had spotted the matching dining table last time we were in and impulsively decided to buy it as well while it was on offer!

Neil was extremely helpful, he was friendly and knowledgeable, didn’t rush us (despite being very busy) and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable.

We have used Park Furnishers before and will keep coming back for the quality of furniture and excellent customer service.

We found him extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
There was absolutely no sales pressure and it was a pleasure to do business at this store.

Neil was the gentleman who helped with our choice of sofas. He was happy to listen to our needs and advise us on what type would be best. He was not pushy he gave us time to think about our choices and even supplied a a cup of coffee.Nothing was too much trouble he went out of his way for us . I would highly recommend going to Park Furnishers, it’s a well established reliable firm that my parents used. No rubbish sofas in that everything quality and it shows. Cant wait for the sofas to be delivered

Purchased a new sofa, great service by Ian. Walked in, great showroom and Ian was very knowledgeable. Found a suitable sofa explained the difference between the two we were looking at. Very helpful and friendly, we look forward to receiving our new sofa.

Nice store, easy to park (for free) the sales person, Neil was knowledgeable and helpful but we didn’t feel pressured to buy, good selection of mattresses at the higher quality end which were offered at competitive price relative to other stores

Went in to investigate mattreses and bed frames. We were approached by Neil who offered his help. He then proceeded to ask us about budget and type we were looking for. No hard sell, no judgement about budget constraints, just honest and impartial advice for what we were looking for. He was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. If only all retail experiences were this lovely. Came out having ordered a new bed and mattress within budget and very happy. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

After several visits to a well known UK furniture store I remained confused about quality, price and what I wanted. One visit to Park Furnishers changed everything... I bought 2 sofas, a dining table and 8 chairs and I am delighted.
Neil was an exceptional sales person who guided me through the process of decision making with absolutely no pressure at all. I felt cared for and the experience was really positive.

Recently bought set of tables from Park Furnishers Eastville. Neil was very helpful, no pressure, provided all the info we needed and after we price checked, we knew the prices were the lowest anywhere. Bought 5 items in total. Would highly recommend, ask for Neil!

Fantastic customer service from Neil, he was very patient, helpful and interested in my choices I made.
So I have to say, it was extremely refreshing to have a member of staff who seemed generally happy in his job. He is a very good asset for park furnishing.
I had to return to the store to pick up the goods that I had purchased and all the items were packed and wrapped for me so again a great thanks to Neil who had sorted this for me.

We have bought from this business many times and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture. I went there today with my sister and we were served by Neil who was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and didn't pressure us and as a result my sister bought 2 recliner sofas, a dining table and eight dining chairs. Neil's friendly, helpful attitude along with the quality at extremely competitive prices convinced my sister to buy.
