We were only browsing but spotted a set of four dining chairs which we decided to purchase as there was a sale in progress.
Neil and a colleague kindly carried the chairs to my car carefully wrapped.

was looking for a couple of fabric armchairs and was simply spoiled for choice, The sales person Neil was very helpful and patient giving us time to choose the right furniture and colour of our choice. I would highly recommend this store.

We visited to purchase a new sofa we were greeted by Will he was very helpful full of knowledge and not at all pushy the perfect salesman! We will definitely return for any furniture needs a lovely family run business.

Having visited two well known furnishing outlets we visited Park Furnishers for dining chairs. We were helped by Neil to make a decision and ultimately decided to buy a table as well (no push salesmanship involved), just helpful and polite service from Neil. Thoroughly recommend.

Went in to get a new mattress for my son. Was greeted by Neil who could not have been more helpful in helping an awkward 12 year old find the right one considering the budget I gave him with no judgement or hard sell. All round pleasant experience and the mattress is fantastic!

We visited Park Furnishers at the Eastgate Retail Centre, Bristol to look for lounge furniture. We were greeted by Neil who asked for our requirements. He showed us available options and took a great deal of time to answer our questions and ensure that our needs were met. He was pleasant and friendly ensuring that we did not feel pushed into making a purchase that was not exactly what we wanted. Nearly two hours later we left the store completely happy with our purchase. We have used this store on previous occasions and will most certainly do so in the future. Thankyou Neil.

Being returning customers, albeit the first time in their new store at Eastgate Bristol.
We were pleasantly surprised to see that Neil was still with them and even more shocked that he remembered us.

We have been looking to replace our reclining chairs and have been to several retailers where the staff were helpful but not exactly knowledgeable about their products. Then we remembered Park Furnishers having bought there several years ago.

At the Bristol store we were welcomed by Neil who offered to help us in any way after we had had time to look around the store. We were interested in Himolla chairs and he took us to the display. It was clear that he knew the product details really well and listened to our thoughts and what we were looking for. It was the “Heart Balance” system that was important for us as we had tried that system a few days before. Next was choosing a colour that would work in our kitchen/dining room which was not easy. Neil was endlessly patient and suggest different ideas and themes for the colour which eventually we decided on and placed the order.

Neil was so helpful, knowledgeable and had endless patience to help us make the final decision. He was very professional and also thoughtful and friendly throughout the whole process. We now look forward to the chairs in a few weeks time! Thank you for your help Neil which is greatfully appreciated.

Upon entering the store on Sunday, we were looking for a corner unit when Neil Thompson approached us and said if we need any help he was there for us.
When we found the unit we liked Neil was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, explaining how the furniture was constructed and demonstrated the reclining chairs.
He also explained the warranty and order process fully.
We were very happy and decided to place an order with Neil

We cannot speak too highly of the service we received today at Park Furnishers, where we bought a Hypnos mattress. Indeed the knowledge, guidance and advice we were given by Paul far surpassed anything we received from sales staff in other stores we visited. Paul was personable, polite and helpful and at no point put us under pressure to make a particular decision. . He gave us a clear description of the various mattresses and their suitability for particular purposes. He then made us hot drinks and left us to take as long as we wanted to choose our new mattress. Paul made shopping at Park Furnishers was a pleasant experience.

where and how each type of mattress was made indicated a thorough knowledge base
