Went today to buy a combination of sofas or armchairs. Was very unsure when I got there and was considering too many options. The sales consultant Neil was really good at letting us take our time but also asking us important questions about what was really important to us. He also took on board that we would need something easy to clean with small children so the aqua clean he recommended was great as well as our need for something more modern as well as comfortable. At no time did we feel rushed into any decisions . We were happy to give our business to Neil and would like to thank him for his invaluable input which made us reach the right decision.

Having visited the store yesterday, we were delighted to meet the Assistant Manager Neil. He was so helpful and kind to us, explaining everything that was going to happen. Coffee and tea was served within 5 minutes. An all round excellent experience from all the staff at this store, including Paul Evans and of course the Store Manager,Ian. Would definitely recommend to anyone

We have been clients of Park Furniture for many years and always been very happy with their prices and service. On our recent purchase, Ian exceeded our expectations and went over and above to ensure our delivery was as speedy as possible. A HUGE THANK YOU for excellent service.

Neil made our experience excellent. We visited the store several times before making a decision to purchase. Neil was very helpful in a supportive, none pressured way. He allowed us time to think and therefore gave us space to make the correct decision.

Park Furnishers did an excellent job fitting a new kitchen in our house sixteen years ago.
We contacted them today when we had a problem with the runners on one of the kitchen drawers. Gareth came over this afternoon and not only repaired that drawer but also checked over and strengthened the fittings in the other two drawers in the unit.
He was very friendly and efficient and refused any payment despite it being sixteen years since the kitchen was installed. He instead suggested we make a donation to St Peter’s Hospice which we shall do. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent skills and customer service.

We had a very good experience buying a chair today. Neil, who served us, provided just the right blend of pressure-free attention and space so that we could reach a decision. We found him extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and his mantra ‘there is always another chair’ served us well.

We can’t praise the team at Park Furnishers enough, we have visited, and purchased a few times there recently, on each visit the staff have been extremely helpful. Last week we called in to look at dining chairs, after finding some we liked Ian helped by taking the measurements we needed so we could check if they would fit with our dining table. On our return visit Will very kindly talked to us about the chairs, he then left us to make our decision. We were happy to go ahead with the purchase, Will made the whole process very simple.
It really is a pleasure shopping at Park Furnishers.

We visited Park Furnishers in Bristol and spoke with Will who was very informative and an outstanding salesman. Basically he did not pester us like in some stores, there was no hard sale but as soon as we called him over he gave us all the information we required. We were so impressed with Will that we returned two days later after visiting other furniture stores to make sure it was Will at Park Furnishers that had our order for our new La-Z-Boy suite. We’d popped into the Eastville store on recommendation from two different sources.
Neil immediately got our particular requirement vibe on dining chairs and bar stools and proved to be immensely helpful throughout. He knew all the ins and outs on colours, durability, practicality, stock levels etc and we left having got all we’d needed. Fair play. We’re pretty fussy customers having seen endless other branded stores with loads of types of chair options…
All in all an excellent experience and thank you so much again!

We met Shay Baldwin and Paul Evans when we first visited the store. We paid a deposit on a bed, thanks to advice from Paul. Shay was brilliant. She came out to our home to measure up for wardrobes and drawers for our bedroom. She followed up with a consultation at the store to show us the visual design, which was extremely helpful and as a result we've now paid a deposit for the new furniture.
We also met Alex, who came to measure up for a new carpet, that has now been paid in full. Ian, the store manager, has also co-ordinated all these departments for us, to simplify the process for all tradespeople/deliveries. All the staff were extremely helpful and a delight to speak to. We are now quite excited to do our side of the preparation, ready for delivery and installation of our new bedroom. Thank you to the staff for their consideration and good humour. A pleasure to do business with.

Super showroom to visit…lots of different manufacturers all set out in practical fashion. Saw what we came to see, and after discussing colours etc with Will Lee placed the order. No complications, easy process.

We have bought many items from Park Furnishers for our home because they are always of excellent quality and you get a great before and even after customer service. We went to the Eastgate store to look for a narrow bookcase but went to exit, feeling disappointed that we couldn’t find one. Fortunately, Will, politely stopped us from leaving and without pressure, offered to look for one online. He showed us a choice of bookcases and was patient while we looked and asked questions. Through his help and expertise, we decided on one we liked. Will printed off paperwork and carefully went through it before signing. We are so grateful to him for catching us before exiting the store. He is a valuable asset to Park Furnishers. Thank You Will and to Park Furnishers - long may you reign!!

Thank you Will and team for your help communicating measurements etc. Timeline re availability is excellent and the quality of the furniture plus choices makes it my go to store.

Great experience as always. We came in for a browse and left with a bed! Will was a massive help talking us through options and never tried to push a sale. He ran through all documents throughly and triple checked everything.

Neil was extremely helpful, explaining the different beds, in particular the mattresses. Having done that he then left us to test out the various beds at our leisure. No high pressure selling, just ask and he would provide the answers.

Paul Evans was very welcoming when we entered the store, he offered his help but wasn't pushy. He explained all the features and extra discounts.

I never thought I'd find myself enjoying buying a sofa! We had the pleasure of Will helping us and he was excellent, nothing was too much trouble (trust me, we asked a range of questions) his knowledge was second to none and he made the whole experience painless from us. We had intended on just browsing but he helped us find just what we wanted without being pushy, giving us time to try out as many as we wanted and exploring all the different options to find out perfect match.

The staff were helpful and kind. Paul in particular took time to answer lots of questions, was very patient as I kept looking at different pieces of furniture and was very pleasant to talk to.

Will was very helpful and gave us time and space to view/sample/test out the sofas we were interested in.
When we decided he was most polite and helpful in explaining the options available and taking time to explain everything.
It is a big outlay but with Will’s help advice and patience we feel we have made a good choice.
