They was quick and simple no hassle.
Happy and friendly and so was the fitter cleaned up after and bagged all the leftover carpets.also great choice to pick from better than most as I am with pay weekly and they don’t have as good of a selection but overall great

Great service from start to finish. Filled in the form online and got a call quickly to arrange getting my stairs measured. The guy that come to measure and bring samples was nice & helpful. Paid the deposit and got my carpet fitted roughly 5 weeks later - which was great for me as I had to decorate. Carpet was fitted yesterday and again the guys that fitted it were nice & tidied up after themselves etc. absolutely love the carpet.

I’ve had two of my rooms done by pay smart carpets I had laminate in both my bedroom and living room and can’t wait to have my kitchen and bathroom done 😊

Awful company. 4 years later. Still no carpet. Despite me having a whole receipt of £375 deposit paid and bank statements of them carrying on taking £10 every Monday. So £540 in total I paid, didn’t ever receive my product. I was robbed. Quite literally robbed! I kept asking for my carpet. They would refuse to give it me. Way before this, when I first got it and chose colour and stuff. I paid £375 deposit. Turned out it shouldn’t have been that. Only £40!!! Anyway, the carpet men fitting it. Refused to lay it because I didn’t move my double bed. Despite a week before they was told I’m severely disabled and can’t just move a whole bed.i was assured they’d tell carpet fitters this. So they came and seen I hadn’t taken the bed out. So they went away with my carpet. Is son even begged his dad to lay it for me, that it’s not my fault. I think the kid genuinely was embarrassed for the way his dad was going on. Anyway for weeks I kept calling asking for my carpet. Especially because they continued on to take £10 every week off me. For weeks. It totalled to £540. I was £200 away from the full ammount. But they wouldn’t give it me. So I stopped them taking payments from my bank (rightly so; I didn’t receive the product) they then called me and had the cheek to say I’ve missed 9 weeks of payments and to “trust me” if I paid that; they’d come lay it. Trust me? ME?! Are you crazy!!! I tried for a while to get it. For a year in total. Never got it. Still don’t have it and I’m a single mum with a kid disabled and this is how I was treated. I was robbed. They wouldn’t give me a refund. Because they was clever and out the £375 in the deposit section. When they wasn’t meant to. So that’s why they won’t give it me back. It was only mean to be £40 in that deposit section. 4 years on, I don’t have carpet. Only concrete flooring. Cos I was left this way. Please avoid. Please. I beg. This happened to another person, there’s a review on it. 2 people actually. Then other similar situations. I wish I looked into what I was doing first. I want my carpet I’m owed!!!!

Money robbing theives. Was told from the man (steven copp) coming out to price and measure that if any circumstances occur and need to cancel your allowed a refund except the deposit. 4 monthly payments have been made so including the deposit thats £250 into it. We havent been able to book the flooring to be fitted due to poorly children and both dogs going to the vets, one including being hit by a car. Have emailed as asked to and been refused a refund so have put £250 with nothing to show. Absolutely digrace of a company stealing that much money from vunerable and struggling family.

Guy came out to measure up, threw some samples my way and then we got down to ordering.
Tell me why I couldn’t have the date I wanted in 4 weeks time unless I paid half upfront??
The website says £10 wk but then I’m told it’s £65 month, they upped the price apparently but failed to update the website.
£50 deposit, £90 to pay the fitter on the day with monthly payments being taken straight away yet can’t give me a date to fit the carpets but again can do it if I pay half now?
Proceeds to throw a tablet my way and told to sign here, ask what I’m signing and it’s the credit agreement, they won’t slot me in until the deposit and the first months payment it taken, why am I paying for a service you can’t commit to?
My gut was screaming this is dodgy and way to expensive for what it is, I’m guessing he thought as a single woman on a council estate i was dumb but I work in admin and purchasing I know a dodgy deal when I see one, having read the reviews I’m glad I trusted my instincts.

Worked really well and was done is reasonable time. Floor looks lovely. Thanks.
