Mix up with payments and when called a month out off fitting to change colour of carpet told too late! Have cancel order and pay 30 quid another sales appointment. For this reason wouldn't recommend to a friend or use again but overall yip does what it says.

I placed an order with Pay Smart Carpets after being highly recommended from a Family member. A few days later, unfortunately we changed our mind in the carpet and there was no other alternative colour we liked so rang and asked for the order to be cancelled. I was told over the phone to put it in writing so i did just that. I got a bit of a rude response implying that money was the issue which was incorrect, i replied and explained that paying for the carpet was not the issue (they were actually hundreds cheaper than what we had been quoted and again asked for my order to be cancelled. I did not receive a response so naively assumed they had cancelled my order. 1st September comes and i receive an email confirming that my first payment of £65 has been taken successfully from my account. At the time of writing, i have rang Pay Smart Carpets 3 times asking for my money back and for written confirmation that my order has been cancelled. Each time i’m told i need to wait for an email from refunds and cancellations and still, no such email has been received. No one can escalate the issue. No one can tell me when i’ll get said email to confirm my refund has been processed. No one can tell me when i’ll get my money back. No one seems willing at all to help me and try and resolve the matter. Absolutely disgusting and so disappointing after being highly recommended from a family member who has used them to carpet nearly their whole house. I’d think very very, very carefully about placing an order with this company.

From my first query to someone coming out to measure up (no obligation) I was shown all the different flooring samples. The man measured the rooms I wanted done (friendly and very chatty) then I picked what flooring I wanted. We then found a suitable day they would be fitted. All ran smoothly. The man who fitted them was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

This is my fourth time using pay smart carpets always fantastic service and quality flooring . Chris who came to measure up and show me the carpets is always so friendly. Craig and a younger lad did the fitting again so friendly and professional. I recommend pay smart to all my friends and family. 5 ⭐️ service

Very good at laying carpets and vinyl but not good at cleaning up after themselves leaving there rubbish behind

The man who came out to the house to show us the samples and explain more about pay smart carpets was very friendly and professional. He took us step by step what would happen which I appreciated. I was kept in the know about what was going on with the flooring and the fitting date. The 3 guys who came to do the floor phoned me and told me a tome frame of when they would be here to fit the floor and when they arrived they were friendly and professional and done a brilliant job.
