What started out as a fun experience on line about 15 years ago has morphed into a time eating monster so filled with errors and waits for large add files to download all PCH pages are not worth visiting and wasting any more time on! There search engine has very biased results and NO wins! They don't seem to understand when they waste users time there is a limit when users will say NO MORE! Looks like this Red Diamond VIP Elite will be loosing my status before I reach 700,000,000 total all time tokens earned! Stopped most pch.com entries years ago. I will never waste one second on the NEW Quiz page! Stopped Keno months ago and next will be Slots and Lotto! Time is a precious gift I will no longer waste on PCH! And their tech service is another BIG waste of time!

I just got their set of 2 camping lanterns. I bought them because they run on 3 "D" batteries and I want a light that will run all night and then some, for power outages. AA or AAA lights are good for a few hours at best, even if they are LED's. The compass on top barely moves, you need to tap on it to get it moving. Overall very cheap feeling. Made in China of course. Dimmer switch is jumpy not smooth at all, light jumps brightness levels. At least these were not falling apart like the previous ones I ordered from PCH ( Totally different light).

Games are also necessary with studies as it makes your mind free from the stress that is created by studies. At this time bubble shooter is a medicine for that stress that not only entertains you but also makes your mood in the fresh state to study again.

There is one more game which not only the most downloaded or played game in the world but is also the most loved game all over the world. This great game is Bubble Shooter which is the only game in the world that is combinedly played by all the people of different age groups with the same interest.

Of course I never win anything! I have one chance in billions. That's to be expected. What I want to complain about is that any time I buy something, I regret it. The stuff is way overpriced and it won't even work. I don't even buy anything from them more than every month or other month. I bought a pair of containers for sugar and flour and the flour bag is a lot bigger. If it won't fit in the container, what's the point? I have to wait till I take a couple of cups out. I will never buy from or respond to them again.

I recieved an email from PCH telling me that I could enter the $10,000 a week for life sweepstakes. So, of course, I clicked on the link. It took me to $5,000 a week for life. I should tell you that I attempted to enter on the same day I received the email. I check my email many times a day. I contacted PCH customer support to ask what was wrong. Oh, the answers they gave me!

First, they told me a lot of frivalous information about how to enter PCH contests. I know how to enter PCH contests. I've been entering for many years, even when they only had paper entries. I receive emails everyday and enter everyday. At the bottom of that email they told me "it is not win $10,0000 a week for life it is win $10,000 instantly and $5000 a week for life".

Naturally, my next email included an attachment to show them that, yes indeed, it was for $10,000 a week for life, not a one time $10,000 opportunity. Then they sent me a link which turned out to be how to clear my cookies. Then, after I kept asking them, they sent me an email asking me whether I had cleared my cookies.

At this point, I was angry. I emailed them back that I cleared my cookies on three browser, restarted my computer then tried to click the link in my email on all three browsers. I also told them that I had Googled and found the PCH blog. It, too, contained a link to the $10,000 a week for life sweepstakes. The blog link also took me to $5,000 a week for life. I also told them that I am a website developer, that is the truth, and explained how links work. I asked for a direct link to the $10,000 a week for life sweepstakes. Of course, they never gave me one. There isn't one. Below that I told them that I would write bad reviews on major websites if they did not provide one.

At this point, they replied that they would like me to call them. I replied that, obviously, that would give me no proof.

So, if you would like to enter a PCH sweepstakes, don't believe that you can ever enter the $10,000 a week for life sweepstakes. That is bogus. PCH is fraudulent. Do they even have winners of other sweepstakes and contests? They used to. I won $200 about 20 years ago. Now, I'm not sure.

I am sick of seeing Steve Harvey on the PCH commercial. He is a con-artist and ex-convict. He has made millions of bucks by scamming and working with scammers!! .

They try to make thing they are going to come to your house and
give you the check . This its only a dream .Its never ever going to happening

The service and handling its out of control, it cost more then what you order
They do not paid for SH to give back anything

Well, i have played and played. Ads, commercials, product pics to scroll through that would make the entire library of congress seem like a childs short story book. Yahoo ads that could bore you sleep if you had the most advanced case of insomnia. When you do order you get cheap low quality junk with a very high shipping and handling rate that you dont know about until you get billed. Cite trick they have of putting that continue button there just long enough for your finger to almost touch down then it suddenly loads more products so that your finger hits down on one of them and it gets added to the cart. I must admit that when i call customer service they cancel it without hesitation, but then it ships anyhow and and its happened 3 times so far. So twice they have told me to simply throw the items away and removed the charge from my account .. so that was kool cuz after all ... i dodnt order it ...their software made all of the arrangements. Three times also the online shenanigans showed that i actually won, two of those were $20 wins, but conveniently for them, suddenly the screen froze up each time and nothing, absolutely nothing would remedy the situation except to close out. When i jumped back online, of course, all was rest and i had to either start over on that game sweeps or go on to the next one. Anything about the $20 wins or the other win had disappeared like Jimmy Hoffa. I like the quizzes however and they are really Kool cuz they're educational,i hate it tho when i get the last question wrong and before i have time to read the educational information it flips like lightening to the very top to give me my score. Strange that it tells me when ordering that i need pay no money now and will simply have 5 installment payments to pay the item off, but then the bill mentions no such payments and tells me i owe it all by a specific date. When i call Customer Service to pay online and complain, im told that you only get the installment payment plan by request when doing a phone payment. For awhile after paying on the automated phone pay ...the ai created a 2nd account with a second customer number so that 2 accounts were open with products going to 2 separate accounts. The mess finally got straightened out though and now i have one account and account number and know to call and go through the phone answering machine maze game to get a customer service representative and request to pay on the installment plan. What i think was really cute tho, is the glitch happens sometimes and the screen freezes and suddenly my total token score is missing a major amount after its finely fixed. Its like reverse sneezing. Still cuter is how it flashes after winning tokens after i completely failed on a game that requires absolutely no skill and i have no control over and then the words pop up on the screen " great job " and it gives me a few tokens ... WHAT ?!!! Comeon now ... does anyone really when those items you can spend those invisable virtual tokens on ...like i have played 20 hours a number of times non stop practically to which there seemed no end in site, to try to win a camera for my granddaughter for Christmas .. im a VIP elite supposedly and all those virtual gold coins were going on that camera ... seriously how many people spend that much time playing these sweeps, games, scratchoffs, slots, quizzes ... you know alllll the many ways you can win" stuff .... and yet zilch ... so after Christmas i thought ... gee i will go after this lil dominos gift card ... nobody will hardly want that enuf to put in that much time ... i still couldnt even win that .. so i told my young teen age Grandaughter ... man i cant do this anymore . I cant live this way. Sorry. She said," I told you not to waste your time, didnt i warn you that stuff is only a scam ! "😂🤣😅🤣😂😆

This is my first time "dealing" with this outfit, "PCH". I wish I had read these reviews before I got involved with these people. And I'm being kind when I call them "people". Everything was going great for weeks. Every single purchase I made was paid in full. But suddenly I began receiving questionable charges...double billing, charges for orders I DID NOT MAKE and so on!!! I am currently investigating and hired a lawyer. I will get to the bottom of their devious manipulations of a person's account in order to EXTRACT more funds from unsuspecting purchasers. I have written TWO(2) letters coping each of the following three entities : PCH Executive VP Debra Holland, Customer Service Manager Emily Johnson and Dept. 300, on December 19 and December 28, 2019. NOBODY FROM PCH HAS CONTACTED ME WITH A RESPONSE. I even provided my e-mail address and phone number and....silence. No reaching out to find out what the problem is, etc. Not what you would expect from ANY company, especially one that deals directly with people. THIS ORGANIZATION IS SO "OUT OF TOUCH", I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM. The Customer Service people you talk to, over the telephone, are very friendly and courteous...nothing like their upper management. All I can say is God help them, for they know not what they do!!

It seems that PCH makes its money from Shipping and Handling (S&H). For the last item I ordered, S&H was 60% of the cost of the item. There is nothing wrong with modest S&H charges - but we are living in an era where free shipping is increasingly common. It is pretty obvious the PCH's margins are based on not very obviously disclosed S&H charges.

It takes so much of your time for them to get money for you watching ads.
Then your phone goes off all day giving you hope that you're the next big winner, knowing you're not! Years and years to never have won even $20. It's absolutely frustrating.
They offer VIP elite entries that crash or don't work. With no way to contact them to fix this. Yet they "punish" you for the short comings of their app!!!!!😉

My father has received the same bill 3 time! And he ended up paying for these products 2 before I stepped in. The fact that there’s no way of getting ahold of a manager or supervisor is unsettling. From here on out my dad will NOT be getting anything else!!

If I could give a rating less than 1 I would. The PCH Lotto game is a joke. I wonder if anyone ever wins the prize. Over the past two months I have been notified that I matched all 9 numbers of the game twice, only to get the runaround when I call to question the procedure to collect the prize. To me this is smelling like a scam. Publishers Clearing House won't receive my business from this day forward.

Really guys? Has anybody got that check? It's like everybody gives up their time an life to win money when you should be spreading it with your family. Family is everything and money will always take over your life, it's nice to have, but do you really think spending your time and effort on this game will get you that check? All the reviews I have seen, everyone has been paying since like 2011 and NOTHING. Give up already spend time with your family and trust in God he will always provide And out of everybody Steve Harvey should know cause he is a GODLY MAN

Im up upset because I have not received my my dog Buttercup toys that I have ordered and my sink and toilet drain cleaner and unstop toilets and stuff I have not received so if you know how to get to them by phone number please let me know thank u cheryl bell

Products they offer are all made in China, customer service is a joke, they’re so called “5 easy payments” they offer is a lie and if you miss one payment they send your account to collections ruining your credit score and as to their sweepstakes and so called games forget it! No one ever wins! I have played for over 30 years (others for longer) and never won anything! The only winners are PCH, anyone else loses from time to money to even having your credit score hit as a result of their unethical practices! PCH needs at least a major class action suit filed against them as well as reports to the FTC and gaming Commision ... but IMHO they need to be shut down! No more people falling for their lies anymore! Stay clear of PCH!

I have been putting my name in for years! Plus my past aunts! No one has ever won! Great game to pass time, but not for real money!!! PCH is a joke!

When calling customer service, I advised of an item that cost me $17.06 that broke after the first use. They say 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. This is a complete LIE! They gave me $5.00 back. I stated my disappointment upon canceling all future orders, removing me from their mailing list, and stated I became a VIP this year. Hopefully, my actions will send the corporation a message. That you shouldn't shaft the public consumers. They even tried charging me for items NOT RECEIVED.
