Really good quality beading. Considering the amount of beading I bought only 2 were cracked and really sap heavy. So generally pretty impressed.

Would have been nice to have a little more detail on when the bannister rail was going to arrive as the delivery slot starts at some ungodly hour of the morning but otherwise fine. The rail was well packed against shipping damage.

Excellent experience from start to finish
Excellent experience from start to finish. Beginning with using the great online tool to design the balustrade, through the ordering process and super quick turnaround on delivery despite it being the Christmas week. Even a follow up with customer service was smooth and within days an extra part was delivered.
Happy to highly recommend
