Really good quality beading. Considering the amount of beading I bought only 2 were cracked and really sap heavy. So generally pretty impressed.

As far as price, service and reliability are concerned, there is no better that I have found for the mostly tricky to find quality products.

The team at Pear Stair
The team at Pear Stair were very helpful with all my enquiries, including the technical support provided over the phone. Their prices were competitive and among the cheapest, and the product had a high‑quality finish. Delivery was spot on, and the items were well wrapped to protect them during transport.

Good product but not suitable for all types of wall
We choose this product because the profile matched our existing stair hand rail. Unfortunately the weight of the product makes it unsuitable for some types of wall, e.g. Thermolite blocks. I think a warning about the weight ought to be displayed on your website.

Excellent customer service
Due to the stairs I ordered being transported to Europe the dimensions were slightly to large. The team at Pear stairs were extremely helpful and modified the stairs ready for transporting. I could not of asked for a better customer service.
Highly recommend.

Great Company
When it comes to staircases, these guys really do know their stuff. The quality of the work and the fitters were very good. Would recommend.
There were a couple of delays with the design team in terms of getting the actual order in place and ready for manufacturing but overall I had a top notch Oak Staircase for our commercial premises manufactured and fully fitted with glass for less than £7,000 where we were being quoted well over £20,000 for a steel staircase.
