Pay a little bit more somewhere else for a better experience.
The prices were good, but despite paying for next day delivery through their website, the parcel arrived late, which ruined the whole experience. There’s no way to reach them by phone, even though a number is listed on their site, and communication by email was only fair. They’ve told me several times that they would refund the delivery charge, but I’ve yet to receive anything. They also operate out of a P.O. Box, which makes me question how legitimate the business really is.

Ordered two bottles of perfume that were then lost by the courier. Contacted perfume plus direct via e-mail and they gave a full refund promptly.

INCOMPETENCE AT IT'S FINEST.
I ordered 3 products on order number 00059153. The package arrived and only one item was in there. I emailed them to ask to send the missing two products and got no response. I tried calling and the number does not connect. I will be raising a claim with my bank soon due to this companies sheer incompetence and deceitful practices.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY CANNOT EVEN GET A BASIC ORDER RIGHT. CANT EVEN CONTACT THEM. ABSOLUTE CROOKS.
UPDATE: As you can see from the below response from this thieving company... Avoid at all costs... Now pretending they don't recognise the order number, even though they generated it in the confirmation email to me! Well you can steal and deny it all you want but you can't hide. You will be hearing from my bank very shortly.

Aftershave came with no cellophane
Aftershave came with no cellophane, I opened it up bottle doesn't look full, pressed and it came straight out no pumping to activate. All a bit suss either a return or fake. Smells good but not convinced.

Scammers. Do not trust this company. They are doing a certain scam called LIT " Lost in transit" they will create the label etc and the on the label will vanish after it has been scanned by the courier so it will not get delivered. You have been warned.
